RC Maker GeoCarbon V2 A800 MMX series steering arms

Coming from RC Maker and made for the Awesomatix A800 MMX and MMXA are new GeoCarbon V2 front and rear steering arms. They are 3mm thick, and are designed with only the outer AM14LS hole for the new SB1 single bellcrank steering on the latest evolution of Awesomatix MMX/MMXA chassis. As for the rear arms, these provide more flex than the standard AM23-1 arms, again providing more traction on asphalt, ETS carpet and CRC Black carpet. They arms from as separate sets for the front and rear and they required the owner to either use long screws with AT21ST-A, or ST24M/ST24L with a nut for installation, as the holes have no thread.

Tekno RC EB48 2.0 1/8th scale E-buggy kit

Tekno RC have announced the next vehicle from their “2.0” racing platform, the EB48 2.0 1/8th scale electric buggy kit. The vehicle makes use of many of the features found in its NB48 2.0 nitro sibling, such as ultra narrow pivots, long A-arm suspension geometry, super smooth high volume diffs, optimised chassis flex, and easy access diffs. Also new are a 4mm chassis plate with decoupled components as well as an updated motor mount to produce a slightly wider, weight forward layout that has made for a well balanced and durable buggy. Results from on-track testing have allowed Tekno RC’s Joe Bornhorst and Jared Tebo to finish on the top of the podium at almost every race they’ve attended. Racers can expect the same amazing rough track handling and corner speed they’ve come to expect from the NB48 2.0 thanks to the long arms, narrow bulkheads and optimized front end. And as the EB48 2.0 shares many of the same parts as the NB48 2.0, it reduces the number of spares to keep on hand making attending in multiple classes easy. The kits are expected to become available by mid-to-late February.
