RC4WD Rockbull 1/8 scale competition crawler

I wont pretend to know anything about Rock crawling but seemingly many people have said that the super size crawler is a ‘thing of the past’ or has ‘died. Crawling specialists RC4WD have never given up on this class and have been working to bring new items like tires, wheels and axles to the super class community and now they have a complete super class kit. Introducing the new Rockbull 1/8 scale competition crawler kit, the first competition super class crawler with pendulum weighted adjustable beadlock wheels, Rok Lok 4.0 tires and advanced alloy Super Bully axle. This definitely looks like a serious piece of equipment.

PSM Racing Wheel balancing system

PSM Racing have introduced their professional wheel balancing system. Made from an aluminium base with 4mm thick carbon fibre sides, it is very light, while precision bearings ensure the balancing axle can spin freely. Suitable for use with buggy and truggy tires, it will be available for sale in about 3 weeks.

This compound is commonly used on dry hard-packed outdoor racetracks, but is a very safe compound for all conditions.

Pro-Line RC8T Bulldog & SC Tire combos

We already brought you the new Bulldog from Pro-Line for the HB D8T. The Associated RC8T version is also on the way and the body looks to already be bullying the competition with Ryan Cavalieri dominating the Nitrocross World Championships with it recently. Pro-Line also now offers closed cell foam inserts for those tracks that desire a firmer insert set-up. Available in V2, V3 and VTR versions, channel details capture the tire so carcass flex is kept to a minimum and there are now no air gaps in between tires, unlike other brands. For racing your short course truck PL offer their Caliber and Bow-Tie patterns pre mounted on split six black one-piece wheels. Or if you wish to turn your SC into a sand slinging super truck you can try these new Sling Shot SC tires. With 10 monster grabbing 1/4″ tall paddles sand and snow are easily overcome. The Mohawk SC is the perfect compliment for the front of the car. A large center rib and smaller outer rib give your Short Course truck immediate steering. Both are available unmounted or pre mounted on either split six black one-piece wheels or split six red/black bead-loc wheels.

Hot Bodies Truggy tire line up

OFNA Hyper 10SC 4×4 Short course truck

OFNA have announced the Hyper 10SC 4×4, a ‘kick in the pants’ 1/10 scale 4 wheel drive short course truck kit that is competitive right out of the box. This truck is right at home on the track running with 1/8 scale nitro and electric buggies and truggies and comes 90% pre assembled including chassis, wheels, tires and unpainted body. Well equipped, it sports front CVDs, ball bearings throughout, 3 oil filled differentials as well as steel bevel and main spur gears.
