RedWorks XT2 & XB4 carbon fibre optionals

RedWorks from France have introduced new carbon fibre optionals for the Xray XT2 and XB4 kits. First up are front and rear shock towers for the XT2 truck. The parts are of an updated design that is both stronger and also cooler looking thanks to several machined sections and a heavy chamfer that ensures greater durability. The front and rear tower are available separately. Also new is a 2mm gearbox and suspension spacer for the XT2 and XB2 that raised both the gearbox and suspension which comes in handy especially when running with low ride heights and in high-grip conditions. Last but not least is a carbon fibre top plate for the XB4 4WD buggy that connects the front gearbox and the steering posts. Like the shock towers the top plate features heavy machining for looks and durability.

In 2WD Mod Buggy it was Allen Horne with the TQ from Mike Legue in 2nd. 4WD Mod Buggy and 1/8th E-Buggy then saw Mike Legue taking the overall TQs over Ayden and Allen Horne. The 2WD Mod Buggy A-mains then saw Allen and Ayden Horne coming out on top as Mike Legue had to settle for 3rd overall as the grip had come up and he wasn’t able to push his car as desired.

Rebellion-RC SF4 carbon fibre optionals

RC-Carbonstore have introduced their new Rebellion-RC carbon fibre and aluminium optionals for the Serpent SF4 formula car. First up is the symmetrical main chassis plate that ensures equal left-to-right flex characteristics. Also new is an upper deck with the MST multi sidetone position feature that allows to shift the side tubes forth and back to fine-tune their damping action. Next up are carbon fibre side plates with 2mm higher cutouts and spacer plates for raised side bearing positions – again an option to fine-tune the car’s geometry. Also new is a wing holder option for an up to 20mm forward-shifted wing position, optimising the car’s aerodynamics and weight bias. Last but not least come front swing arms in -7.5mm (SF3 standard), -5mm, -2.5mm, 0mm (SF4 standard) and +2.5mm offset to adjust the front track width as well as the Xray gear diff conversion whose redesigned Wing-to-Chassis mount makes way for the wide gear diff assembly. As usual with Rebellion-RC all carbon fibre parts are available in a large variety of carbon fibre weave colours in order to personalise your ride.
