Team Associated Chassis protective sheet

Team Associated have released this new and improved chassis protective sheet which protects the bottom of your chassis from scrapes, scratches and wear. Featuring a low-friction surface that lets your car easily slide over obstacles instead of dragging, you simply apply the adhesive side of the sheet to the underside of the chassis and trim. Recommended for electric use only at 6.5 x 18″ (165mm x 458mm) the sheet is large enough to fit most 1:10 scale or smaller chassis’.

Some more new items from Edit RC, first up is the release of this handy 3-in-1 overnight wall charger for nitro racers that charges all 3 of your essential items in one go. The charger features LED Indicators to show connected components and is supplied with two charging jacks for different transmitters. Also new from Edit RC are these really handy fuel tubing holders which are sold in packs of 5 and help keep your nitro car or truck neat and the fuel tubing out of the way.

Exotek TEK18 RC18 Conversion kit

Exotek TEK18 RC18 Chassis kit

Back in the middle of July we showed you CAD images of the Exotek TEK18 RC18 Chassis conversion Kit. Today we were contacted by Exotek with photographs of the final car and from the pictures it looks good. Billed as a no holds barred race chassis conversion for the hugely popular RC18 line of Associated kits, the kit features a number of changes including slotted rear biased 6 cell battery mounting in a 2mm carbon chassis.

Edit RC Ceramic Nitride Diff Balls

Edit RC have released these new Ceramic Nitride differential balls which are 40% lighter than standard steel versions. Ultra-smooth and long-wearing these extremely hard balls are 3.175mm or 1/8″ in diameter and are suitable for use in Hot Bodies and Associated differentials.

3Racing Tamiya TRF501X Options

3Racing have introduced a range of new blue anodised optional parts for Tamiyas European Championship winning buggy, the TRF501X. Included are new aluminum rear hub carrier made from aluminium, left and right steering blocks from aluminium, front C-Hub carrier from aluminium, front and rear steel CVD’s, titanium ball studs, aluminum steering linkages as well as a rear aluminium wing mount. Also from 3Racing are a new front and rear shock tower for the car which has been made from 3mm carbon fibre giving extra support to your shocks in rough conditions.

All Mod MSS 28 Heavy-Load clutch

New from German after market brand All Mods, is this heavy duty high performance clutch system for use in truggies, called the MSS 28 Heavy Load. This 3 pin system has been race proven in its buggy form and has now been strengthened and optimised for use in this bigger class. The system uses spring loaded fly weights, which are available in aluminium or carbon, and the way that the whole system is mounted to the flywheel ensures consistent hassle free performance. Also released for use with this clutch system is 3 optional 28mm diameter clutch bells that are available in 13T, 14T & 15T.

Ansmann pre painted body shells

Japanese Ansmann importers, Powers International, have begun selling the new range of pre painted 1/8th scale buggy shells. Available in a variety of different colour schemes they have been made to suit the Kyosho Inferno MP777. Ansmann also have a complete range of pre painted touring car shells available too.

These full-colour graphic sets for XT8 dish wheels makes a bright, bold visual statement, setting your car apart from the crowd. Made from tough, self-adhesive vinyl for easy application and long wear, the stickers are die-cut so you just have to peel off the sticker and apply to the wheels.
