STRC SCX10 II alloy suspension & steering link kit

STRC SCX10 II alloy suspension & steering link kit

ST Racing Concept have introduced the aluminium suspension and steering link kit for the Axial SCX10 II RTR. Made to convert the RTR’s suspension and steering links to the same spec as the SCX10 II kit version, the 10-piece high-quality CNC-machined set features links with 7.5mm diameter ends that gradually taper to a 6mm centre for durability and good ground clearance. The complete set will take care of the entire truck’s suspension, steering, and panhard link and it is available in a range of colours including black, gun metal, red and silver. For those that are building a custom rock crawler, monster truck or a new scale rig, these new links are also available in pairs separately. Their M4 thread at each end is 10mm deep and ready to accept any Axial or Traxxas M4 size plastic turnbuckle ends. The links are offered in various lengths from 56.5mm to 107mm.

Kyosho reveal more Turbo Scorpion re-re images

Kyosho Taiwan have released first high resolution images of the forthcoming Turbo Scorpion re-release 1/10th 2WD buggy kit. The latest addition to the Legendary Series of 1980’s kits is based off of the standard Scorpion but it features a white colour chassis tub, red body aluminium shock absorbers and larger wheels and tyres that seem to accept modern day 2.2″ tyres. Like the other Legendary Series buggies the kit will also feature updated suspension parts, modern 48 pitch gears and an upgraded transmission with slipper clutch. So far nothing is known about the vintage-looking Le Mans 240  brushless motor shown in the images. It may be included or available as upgrade but all information should become available in time for the release that is expected to happen in November.
