Mugen droop gauge & MBX7 balance weights

Mugen droop gauge & MBX7 balance weights

Mugen Seiki have introduced a droop gauge as well as two balance weights for the MBX7 line of off-road vehicles. Starting with the gauge, the tool is made to easily adjust the suspension droop as it slides over the upper shock mounting nut while the lower scale helps to read the actual suspension droop. The gauge is large enough to be used on both the MBX7 buggy and MBX7T truggy and, when used with the shocks alone, it also comes in handy to determine the shock rebound. Also new are the 20g and 40g balance weights for the MBX7 cars. They can be used in the front and the rear of the nitro-powered vehicles while the electric-powered variants only allow to mount the weights behind the front gearbox. The balance weights are marked for easy identification and they easily attach using screws and the pre-drilled holes in the chassis.

Xray T4’16 aluminium flex chassis

Xray T4'16 aluminium flex chassis

Xray have introduced the aluminium flex chassis for the T4’16 touring car. Cut from 2.0mm 7075-T6 aluminium and coming black anodised and with silver chamfered edges the chassis will offer improved flex over Xray’s standard alloy chassis, thanks to adapting a popular design that utilises herringbone-shaped flex cutouts. The increased torsional flex makes the chassis ideal for low to medium-bite conditions as it helps the car to generate more traction, stability and steering.
