T-Works MBX8 93.5mm CV-style drive shaft set

T-Works have announced the release of their new 93.5mm CV-style driveshaft set for the Mugen MBX8 buggy. The driveshafts are made of high-quality steel material and they sport a black surface coating for wear and corrosion protection. The driveshafts are usable on the front and rear and beside the MBX8 they also fit the older MBX7 models.

Reds Racing V8 Gen3 2350kV & 2800kV brushless motor

Coming from Reds Racing are two kV variants of their V8 Gen3 electric brushless motor. Adding to the 1900kV and 2100kV variants are the new 2350kV motor for truggies and pan cars and a 2800kV motor for 1/8th on-road cars. The Gen3 motor was specifically designed to provide exceptional power, superior smoothness and control in combination with high efficiency and low temperature operation. Coming with a highly finned CNC-machined aluminium can, the Gen3 V8 motor promises a very low temperature build-up in every condition ensuring exceptional reliability. The motors are capable of both sensored and sensorless operation.

Rusti Design XX4 carbon fibre shock tower stiffener

Rusti Design have introduced their new carbon fibre shock tower stiffeners for the popular Team Losi XX4 vintage 4WD buggy. Designed by Olivier Langlet the 2mm stiffener plates will reinforce the stock moulded composite shock stays resulting in less breaking issues. The stiffeners are machined from high-quality carbon fibre and available from now on.

Yeah Racing SCX10 III HD steel driveshafts

Yeah Racing have introduced new HD steel driveshafts for the Axial SCX10 III trail truck. Available are a universal front driveshaft set as well as a 2-piece set of rear axle shafts. Yeah Racing TRX-6 full metal axle housing set

Coming from Yeah Racing and made for the Traxxas TRX-6 6-wheeler trail truck is a full metal axle housing and upgrade parts set. The kit includes three sets of axle housings for the front, centre and rear axles as well as three steel skid plates for improved looks, optimised protection and even greater durability. The set is rounded out by brass spring retainers and brass wheel hub adapters, helping to extract more grip from the tyres.

RC-Project 1/8th off-road Ergal wing button

RC-Project from Italy have introduced their new Ergal 7075-T6 1-piece wing button for 1/8th off-road vehicles. The design of the button with machined slots allows to use it with a variety of brands as it can adapt to different wing stay spans. The button is available in a total of six different anodising colours and it can be customised with name or brand logos. The button comes in sets of two.

Phat Bodies Vee 1/10th buggy wing

Phat Bodies have introduced their new Vee wing for 1/10th scale 2WD buggies such as the Team Associated B6 series and the Schumacher Cougar Laydown. Used by Martin Owen to win the 2019 South West regional off-road series the 165mm wide wing features a low profile rake at the rear section which gives sufficient rear downforce but its lower drag feature, when trimmed to recommended cut lines, ensures low rotation around the rear axle which in turn reduces front end lift common on most buggy wings. In addition the V design aids stability and stiffening ribs reduce flex giving a more consistent feel at higher speed. The wing is recommended for fast high-grip tracks and it is made from high quality 1mm Lexan polycarbonate with a lightweight 0.75mm version being available on request.
