Last week in Hong Kong, Gen Ace, Team C, Sky RC & Tenshock Motor Hosted a Chinese manufacturer Shootout in the newest indoor facilities called Lali Warehouse. This world class indoor RC track has state of the art facilities such as water sprinkler built into the ceiling, AC room for the pits and a VIP rest area. Lali Warehouse has only been open for 2 months and so this race was considered the grand opening race for them. Many drivers came from mainland China & Taiwan also made the trip to attend this race. Shanghai’s premier indoor racing track RCI held its grand opening off-road race this past weekend in Shanghai. Over 50 drivers from all parts of China participated including China’s top off-road drivers. Team C sent a big team for the 2WD buggy, 4WD buggy and 2WD short course class. The new off-road track is adjacent to the on-road track which has facilities such as lobby lounge, pro-shop, pit area and vip rooms. VIP Performance have released this new tuning motorpod base plate for the Corally 10SL. A direct bolt on replacement, it has been made from T6 aluminium, the material helping to dissipate heat with extra ribbing for better air cooling and a cooler motor means better performance. New from VIP Performance is the first in a new line of products specifically for the pan car market, this S100 235mm conversion set. Converting the standard 200mm World GT car to the wider format, the kit includes a 3mm carbon front plate that enables the front track width to be mounted wider. The other changes are at the rear of the car and include a lightweight wheel hub and wheel hub spaces as well as a D-Drive graphite axle to complete the conversion.
