Laszlo Kiss-Orban wins Hungarian 200mm nats Rd5

Laszlo Kiss-Orban wins Hungarian 200mm nats Rd5

The fifth round of the Hungarian on-road national championship series took place in Oroshaza and it was Team Xray Hungary’s Laszlo Kiss-Orban who secured himself the pole position in the 1/10th 200mm class with his Reds-powered NT1. At the start of the 30 minutes long main final Laszlo was able pull away first but he slowed down to save on tyres as the track with its high speed left hand corners was tough on the black gold. The slower pace cost him two positions but around the 10 minutes mark he was back on top again and started to build a 10 lap gap on second placed Gergo Lehner until the end. Balazs Bihari rounded up the podium in third place. Due to the win Laszlo is now leading the series with 16 points on team mate Zsolt Bajusz with three rounds to go.

MIP SCTE 2.0 Bypass1 team tuned pistons

MIP SCTE 2.0 Bypass team tuned pistons

MIP introduce their Bypass1 team tuned shock pistons set for the TLR SCTE 2.0 4WD short course truck. The kit includes pistons whose design is based on full-scale valve technology to allow for nearly infinite setup possibilities of shock compression and rebound thanks to special valves that control how the pistons moves through the shock fluid. The octagon shape of the piston reduces drag while keeping it guided in the shock housing. Included in the set are four #7 shock pistons, ‘fast’, ‘medium’, ‘slow’ and ‘gap’ valves as well as shims and locknuts. Additional pistons and a wider range of valves are available separately. The set fits all TLR SCTE 2.0, Losi SCTE 1.0 and MIP Pro4mance converted trucks.
