In a busy week of driver announcements from Hobbywing, the World Champion ESC and motor manufacturer has added German duo Eric Dankel and Dominic Greiner to its 2024 Modified Touring Car team line-up. Two time European Spec Touring Car Champion Olivier Bultynck is to ru Team EAM batteries to power his 2024 season. The Belgian Awesomatix driver joins the brand under the Team EAM Europe which is headed up by recently announced team manager Max Mächler. 2024 will see the EFRA European Championship take place in Bultynck home country with him also set to travel to the IFMAR World Championship later in the season. Alexander Hagberg completed the Mod double at the annual Hudy Indoor Champs at ProLevel RC in Chesterfield, Missouri, claiming both the Touring Car and 1:12 wins. Up on 2023 numbers with this year’s event attracting almost 180 entries, the Xray driver kicked off his 2024 season by securing the TQ in both classes.
