Italian company Bittydesign have introduced their new Force bodyshell for TLR’s 8ight 4.0. Purpose-designed to fit onto TLR’s latest incarnation of the 8ight buggy, the body is of a steering-enhancing cab forward design, it features a rear flap section for an overall increased downforce and a roof-top shark fin feature adds stability on high-speed straights. On top of this a side scoop makes way for the throttle and brake linkage, ensuring free movement. Bittydesign have introduced the Force design bodyshell for the Tekno NB48.3 nitro off-road buggy. Sporting the company’s distinctive Force design the body features a forward-biased cabin for improved aerodynamics while the rear area is characterised by a flap to allow for better rear end traction and optimised airflow towards the rear wing. A side scoop makes way for the throttle and brake linkage and the roof-top shark fin further improves aerodynamics. French company RC Concept have bagged themselves a big fish with the signing of multiple World finalist and 3 times European Champion Reno Savoya to run the full RC Concept line of nitro and electric products through to 2019. With the Shark onboard RC Concept aims to improve greatly through his expert feedback and it was great that pre-season testing produced happy faces all-round. New from Italian company Bittydesign comes the Force bodyshell tailor-made for the Team Associated RC8B3 buggy. The cab forward bodyshell features a sleek yet spacious side pod design with scoops for free throttle and brake linkage movement, the roof top is decorated with a “shark fin” for improved stability and the rear end sports a distinctive spoiler behind the engine section for increased rear traction and improved airflow towards the rear wing. The Silencer side-pods have a clipped rear-end, narrowing the rear by angling in just in front of the rear tyres. The rear side-pods angle sharply toward the shock tower and wing, enhancing the force placed on the rear pods during high-speed acceleration. The body is capped off with a cockpit shark fin for more high-speed tracking stability and increased roof stiffness. …the Nissan Nismo GT-R LM, the 1/10th scale version of the gnarly looking front wheel drive Le Mans contentender Nissan is currently working on. Different from the full-scale car the Tamiya kit is based on the rear wheel driver F103GT chassis. The kit is topped-off by a highly detailed GT-R LM body with a large front flipper and a separate “shark fin” and rear wing assembly. Sweep introduce the Muzzle bodyshell for Xray’s XB8 1/8th scale nitro off-road buggy. Designed in cooperation with Sweep factory drivers Reno Savoya and Jason Nugroho the body provide an easy and predictable driving feeling that allows an aggressive driving style.
