ARC R10 190mm electric touring car

ARC RC have introduced their R10 1/10th 190mm EP touring car chassis. It has been designed with a minimum of parts that not only keeps overall weight down, but also makes maintenance and setup on race day easier. The ultra precise ball-ends and steel-hardened balls have been designed and developed to ensure minimum tolerances and remove play in the joint. The R10’s chassis is 82mm wide which allows the car to roll more quickly and reduces the chance of the car grounding while cornering while the CVDs have been made from hardened spring steel and are designed to use a G clip to prevent the drive pin coming out during use. The hard anodised shock bodies are teflon coated, giving the CNC shock piston smooth movement and excellent durability. The full plastic gear diff, has 6 precision gears producing a smooth and efficient operation and with 7075-T6 hard coated outdrives, there will be no leakage of oils from these units.

JConcepts LP wing mount & chassis weights

Wing height is an important adjustment on all vehicles and remains important to jump and cornering characteristics. JConcepts introduces this aluminium, low-profile, rear wing mount specifically for the B44 buggy, allowing the racer to lower the rear wing by a full 7mm. The low-profile rear wing mount is machined from heavy-duty 6061 T6 aluminium to the exact and unique B44 specifications which allows for easy attachment, use and maintenance. The wing attachment platform maintains the stock angle and geometry and accepts the standard plastic wedge shim used to adjust tuning angle. The low-profile design gives the vehicle a more sleek appearance and maintains more consistent jump characteristics and during wind gust activity.
