RC4wd is now making wheels and tires for the popular new micro crawler from Team Losi. The new stampede beadlock wheels offer a great fit and finish for the micro crawler and are sold in complete sets of 4. We wrote about these tools back in January when they were first announced but there have been some additions to the range since then, mostly for gas racers. Made from the highest quality materials to the strictest tolerances for superior performance, comfort and reliability, the diamond pattern grips make the driver handles easy to hold, while three flat sides keep tools from rolling off the pit table. Indicating grooves let you identify tip sizes at a glance and each handle has end caps with a rubber O-ring that allows it to rotate in the palm. The tips are made of CNC machined spring steel and can be retracted into the handles for storage, or to adjust for the desired length. The new additions include a clutch nut wrench, a flywheel holder & clutch gap tool and finally a flywheel puller. Available in US in mid-June.
Kawada have released this new 7.4V LiPo pack for the Sanwa/Airtronics M11X transmitter. This 2300mAh pack gives you more time at the controls between chargers, 1.5 times that of the standard battery. The pack has integrated discharge and overcharge protection and comes pre wired with standard connector and JST-XH balancer plug. Weighing in at only 95 grams it will mean less effort to hold your radio too so you can get on with focusing on driving.

Hobbywing have released these new capacitors for the use with their electronic speed controllers. The unit contains two low-resistance electrolytic capacitors which, when compared to similar capacitors, generate less heat during use for added performance and safety.

The Trofeo Novarossi took place last weekend at the famous Fiorano track in Italy. The weather forecast was more than good with around 30° sunshine the whole weekend and around 70 drivers attended the race, which was perfectly organized by Minicar Fiorano Team. Victory in the 1/8th scale class went to Robert Pietsch, who was running the all new self designed MRX5 car from Mugen, with second place going to Mugen team mates Christian Cavicchioli and Eric Dankel in 2nd and 3rd place respectively. In the 1:10th class it was Walter Ossola that won followed by Vidotto Roberto in 2nd and Massimiliano Vadese in 3rd.
