Vision Racing TLR 22X-4 C-Block -2

Vision Racing have introduced this minus two C-block for the TLR 22X-4 elite and standard 22X-4. This block takes two degrees out per side and is ideal for carpet or turf surfaces. This results in one degree of toe per side when pills are centre front and centre rear. This now gives the opportunity to move the arm in or out for more tunability.

Exotek Twisters street eliminator tire sets

Exotek Racing have released these new Twisters ultra high performance 1/10 street eliminator tire sets for B6, 22S, 22 5.0, DR10, Slash and similar 2wd drag cars. It includes 1 pair of belted rubber drag tires with nylon wheels and air valves. Premium rubber chemistry for maximum softness provides excellent grip on all surfaces, it is the same rubber chemistry used in high performance 28R 1/10 touring car tires. A wider tire tread with specially designed sidewalls have larger sidewalls than SC based tires for improved sidewall flex and more volume inside the tire. The sidewalls are also equal sized on both sides for equal sidewall flex for more consistent traction. A special thin belting along with thin rubber profile provide maximum grip and lighter overall weight, best suited for racing at the highest level and special events. Their slightly smaller 102mm diameter tire will make it easier for optimal gear ranges. They include newly precision moulded lightweight nylon wheels that provides maximum acceleration, trueness and durability while looking good. Includes rubber air valves for inflating air along with assembly instructions.

Reedy’s Grip bullet connectors

Reedy’s Grip bullet connectors feature an elevated grooved top to aid in removal of the plug from the corresponding socket. Multiple contact points and silver plating ensure a low-resistance connection. Thanks to their 14mm length they will fit most socket style batteries, including low-profile shorties. Available in a pack of 2 or 10.

ONE Ultimate Red Dot 5 min & Red Dot 7 min GT engines

New from ONE are the European Championship edition GT engines in two different versions, Ultimate Red Dot 5 min and also the Ultimate Red Dot 7 min. These are two different types of engines, the Ultimate Red Dot 5 being spec’d for 5 minute runtime duration and maximum power, while the Ultimate Red Dot 7 spec’d for maximum fuel economy with competitive power. Both of these engines come with special edition back plate and a 7mm Aluminium Venturi as well as featuring a new lightweight cooling head. These engines during testing created 22% more power than their already successful predecessors.

Avid’s FastTune Camber shims are made from aluminium and designed to allow you to easily adjust your camber on popular pillow ball designs without having to fully unthread them. The tab feature helps you keep them in place as you tighten down the pillow ball. Klinik RC universal pro droop system

One of the most critical adjustments on 1/8 Buggies and Truggies is droop. After doing months of research with all the available tools on the market Klinik RC feel there was a better way. Some were almost 1mm off from advertised measurements, inconsistent and frankly poor quality. They wanted a system that is precise, consistent, super simple, small and lightweight for hauling. Measuring shock length only goes so far. The inconsistencies possible in hubs, arms, links, left to right and front to back is incredible. Tighten up your race program with Klinik RC’s universal pro droop system. This set works on both Buggy and Truggy and no other pieces need to be purchased. Machined from premium 3mm carbon fibre, weighs close to nothing and fits in the palm of your hand. The system comes with a super handy pouch to store components when not in use. “0” on the gauge indicates the centre of the axle is set to the bottom of the chassis, “+” indicates droop above the chassis, while “-” indicates droop below the chassis. Very simple.

Xray XT4’23 1/10th 4wd Electric Truggy

Xray have released full information on their new for 2023 XT4 4wd Electric Truggy. The truck sports a new chassis layout with diff, motor and battery moved forward that makes the XT4 faster and easier to drive. The front & rear bulkheads feature a horizontal split design (HS) to retain easy diff access while adding the valuable new diff height adjustment. The front & rear HS bulkheads incorporate a diff height adjustment using eccentric bushings. The design of the HS bulkhead’s inline bushing for the bevel drive gear keeps the gear properly matched to the diff height position. It also creates a more linear orientation for the front center drive shaft, reducing the CV joint angle for increased efficiency and decreased friction and wear.  The height of the rear center drive gear is also adjustable to match the height adjustment of the differential. The new pinion gear is shorter to move CV joint closer to the differential, reducing the driveshaft angle and improving drive train efficiency. The new chassis layout moves the center diff, motor and battery significantly forwards and increases stability, allowing for more aggressive landings and making the truck more forgiving. The central drivetrain features new outdrives and dogbone driveshafts that offer reduced maintenance compared to previous CVD drive shafts. The servo mount was redesigned to fit the new frontward chassis layout and features two aluminum stands with graphite stiffener from top. Other new updates include to side guards, electronics plate, shock towers, suspension holders, battery posts, body posts and steering system.
