SWorkz have introduced new aluminium steering servo horns for 1/8th scale off-road vehicles. Machined from high-quality aluminium and coming black anodised and with silver chamfered edges the parts make for improved steering emphasis and increased durability by replacing the standard composite servo arms. Coming from Team Associated and made for the company’s 6th generation off-road vehicles and 1/10th touring cars are the Factory Team series aluminium clamping servo horns. Both are made of 7075-T6 aluminium and they come black anodised and laser etched, with the off-road specific arms being 15.5mm long for smoother steering response while the touring car items are 20mm in size. Japanese brand Modify has introduced a multi-hole servo arm for most electric touring cars. Machined from premium 7075 aluminium and coming black or orange anodised, the arms offer three tightly spaced mounting positions for the steering link ball stud, allowing for more variety of the link angle and position. Exotek have introduce two heavy duty aluminium servo arms for the TLR 22 range of off-road vehicles. Machined from 7075-T6 alloy the servo arms are much stronger than the original plastic items, making for greatly improved durability and steering authority.
