New from Willspeed is this new bi-material rear shock tower for the Willspeed RF3 1:10 Buggy conversion. The new rear shock tower is made from T6 aluminium with a 3mm carbon inlay creating a strong yet light shock tower. This new rear tower fits both the Losi and Team Associated WS RF3 conversion kits.
In its latest 1:10 Crawler release, Element RC has introduced the Knightwalker Red RTR to its line of Enduro Trail Trucks. The Enduro Trail Truck with Knightwalker body comes ready for adventure right out of the box, with performance-driven Reedy Power electronics. The ultra-smooth, and powerful 16-turn, 5-slot Reedy brushed crawler motor and Reedy Power metal-gear, water-resistant servo supply ample power to this tough rig. Controlling the truck on the trail is our Flysky 2-in-1 radio and ESC combination. At the heart of the Enduro range is the revolutionary Stealth X gearbox. Although the exterior appears to have a conventional 3-gear transmission look, the inside is far from conventional. The Stealth X features the ability to adjust the rear drive ratio independently of the front drive across three levels: stock overdrives the front end 5.7%, option 1 provides a one-to-one drive ratio front-to-rear, and option 2 overdrives the front end 11.83%.

Having officially entered the 1:8 Offroad tyre market in February of this year, Italian manufacturer Matrix Tires has released the latest addition to their range, the Neutron. The new tyre, the fifth model in the line-up, was given its first public introduced over the weekend at the ONG Trophy held at the track of World Champion & Matrix team driver Davide Ongaro. While Matrix don’t go into the specifics of the new tyre, it is available in their 7 compound options and both with or without their insert.

New from Italian engine builders Reds Racing is this new limited edition 721 Superveloce off-road engine to celebrate the company’s success at the 2023 Euros in Redovan, Spain last month. The new ‘Euros Edition’ 1:8 Offroad engine is a limited edition of only 300 pcs built to the same setup as used by Top Qualifier and Champion Juan Carlos Canas and Elliott Boots who took 2nd place at the 2023 European Championship. The engine comes with their revolutionary RTX Rotating Backplate that aims to increase engine power and improve stability at idle speed thanks to a drastic reduction in friction between the connecting rod and backplate. This time Reds Racing engineers have invented something unique in RC model market, destined to be considered one of the most innovative solutions of the last 30 years. Contrary to what happens for traditional RC engines, where the connecting rod slides on the backplate producing sliding friction, in the RTX Backplate the connecting rod is in contact with a special steel plate that can rotate together with the conrod thanks to the fact that it is mounted on two special high speeds ball bearings.

New from British conversion kit manufacturer Willspeed is their chassis conversion for the Team Associated B74.2 4WD 1:10 Buggy. Machined from a single piece of T6 aircraft grade aluminium, the RF74.2 design replaces the original multipart chassis. A sturdy, tweak free integral platform in which will really allow you to get the suspension geometry working uninfluenced by not only removing tweak, but unpredictable chassis flex. By adding the included carbon inserts to the chassis side rails, the overall weight has been reduced while keeping the strength. The kit includes – Chassis, Carbon Side Rails, Battery Mounts and requires Team Associated B74.2 Kit to complete. It also comes supplied with our O-Ring battery mount. The conversion will only be available pre-order with Willspeed making a one off batch of chassis.
T-Works has released a number of carbon parts for the new Sparko S8 1:8 nitro buggy. Machine from 1.5mm carbon fibre, the range of parts include Front Upper A-arm Stiffeners, Front A-arm Stiffeners and Rear A-arm Stiffeners as well as a Wing Mount Plate and a Rear Brace Plate,.
As part of their ongoing 60th anniversary celebrations in 2023, Kyosho has announced another special limited edition Legendary series kit with the Optima Mid ’87 WC Worlds Spec 60th Anniversary Limited edition. A replica of the 1987 Optima Mid prototype which the team drivers were using with special custom parts, the new limited production run is packaged in a special small size box with package handle. The kit features gun metallic finished aluminium cylinders on the oil shocks which are equipped with titanium coated shafts that increase wear resistance. The main gear shaft, which transmits the power from the spur gear to the gearbox, is made of 7075 extra super duralumin with hard anodised finish. It is significantly lighter than the conventional steel, contributing to the improvement of throttle response. Ball differentials on both front and rear provide smooth operation and maximum traction with slip action when excessive load is applied for improved driving stability. Front Universal swing shafts deliver excellent drive efficiency and minimise vibration during steering for improved control.
