Gridworks G-Daub traction compound bottles

Gridworks Racing introduce the G-Daub Traction Bottle, the first product released by the company. The tyre sauce bottles are the perfect solution for racers who want to store their preferred traction compounds in a leakproof bottle that offers lifetime construction, rewritable labels, colour coding, compound concealment, replaceable applicators and more. They are constructed of quality glass and will not become discoloured by the compound. Additionally, the glass bottles are safe for the environment and will not require replacement. The bottles include high quality rewritable labels and come in packs of three including coloured labels that can be affixed to the top for easy identification of different compounds in crowded hauler bags.

Hot Bodies D413 yellow disc wheels

Hot Bodies introduce new optional wheel sets for the D413 4WD off-road buggy. Beside the standard white rims now also fluorescent yellow sets are available for the front and the rear of the buggy. They come as pairs and are built to the same specs as the white wheels.

OFNA X3 Sabre 12 degree C-hubs

Made for the X3 Sabre buggies and GT series on-road cars are aluminium C-hubs for the front end of the vehicle. Offering 12 degree of castor the parts improve the durability and precision of the suspension assembly while adding a bit of bling at the same time. The CNC-machined parts come with a brown anodised finish and are available now.

Traxxas Slash Pro 2 OBA 2WD SC truck

Traxxas amps up the realism of their popular Slash 2WD short course truck by introducing the OBA on-board audio system. Using Traxxas’ award-winning Slash 2WD with composite tub chassis, long-travel suspension and brushless-ready drivetrain the OBA version includes a sound unit that uses sound that has been sampled from Traxxas’ team trucks, including the Traxxas Pro 4 short course truck driven by Mike Jenkins. Featuring an on/off button and volume controls, the system offers adjustable settings. Runtime is not compromised since the system uses a minimal amount of power from the battery. The sounds are intuitive and respond to the throttle input from the transmitter. If the truck is stopped for more than 10 seconds the engine will shut off – to rev it up again just tab the throttle. The rocker switch on the included 3-channel transmitter is used to shift to “neutral”. The truck is available as Mike Jenkins Edition #47 & #25, Traxxas Blue Racing Edition, or Traxxas White Racing Edition.

H-Speed Helex paints & CA activator spray

New from Hupo Hönigl’s H-Speed brand come the Helex polycarbonate paints and a cyanoacrylate accelerator spray. Starting with the paint, it is available in 15 different colours, ready to use, fast drying, and fuel resistant. Its special formula makes it ideal for all polycarbonate and lexan bodyshells. Also new is an activator spray for cyanoacrylate glues such as the one used to glue rubber tyres. Using the spray further speeds up the bonding time for even quicker tyre gluing jobs.

Kyosho MP9 coloured side pods

To match with their various colour MP9 receiver and battery boxes Kyosho soon have corresponding chassis side pod sets available. Given the photos Kyosho’s Yuichi Kanai released the pods come in orange, yellow, green and white colour to replace the standard black parts with more colourful ones. More information, such as availability, should surface soon.

Exotek XB4 12mm rear hex adapters 7mm offset

New from Exotek and made for the Xray XB4 are 7mm wide 12mm wheel hex adapters for the rear end of the buggy. They are made to fit Team Associated and Kyosho style 12mm hex wheels on the rear of the buggy and make for a wheel width of 243mm which is 4mm narrower than with Exotek’s 9mm offset adapters. The precision machined clamping design hexes are available in Xray orange or black colour and a direct fit.
