Imbue introduce a long-life slipper pad grease for off-road and on-road vehicles. Applied to the contact surface of the slipper pads and slipper plates, the grease reduces slip-friction and operating temperatures in order to prevent the dreaded pad glazing. Reduced maintenance time and a smoother, longer lasting slipper action are the result. The grease comes 2ml syringes for easy application.

Exotek have new optional parts available in the form of a direct spur mount for the Kyosho RB6 as well as alloy wing buttons for a range of 1/10th off-road buggies. Starting with the direct spur mount, the slipper eliminator hub fits all RB6 series buggies and truck including the RT6 and SC6 and it is best used in stock class and oval racing where a slipper is not necessarily needed. The lower weight makes for a cooler running motor and the design of the hub let drivers use all Kimbrough-standard spur gears. Due to the simple mounting swapping the hub for the slipper is an easy task when conditions call for it.

Avid introduce this set of four titanium lower shock mounting screws. Working on both the nitro and electric buggy – but not the truggy – the set offers two left and two right hand threaded screws with a 1/4″ socket head so you only need to grab one wrench when taking the shocks off. A centre-drilled hole also allows for easy docking of callipers while measuring the shock lengths.

LRP introduce the upgraded S10 Blast SC 2 ready-to-run short course truck. The 4WD vehicle underwent a revision and now features a revamped drivetrain featuring a new slipper assembly and new gears for added durability and reliability. Many of the composite materials also received a reinforcement, again in order to add rigidity while upgraded shock absorbers with a membrane volume compensator lead to a more agile handling. Also included in the set are waterproof electronics for all-weather usability. The truck comes factory assembled with a brushed motor, AI Runner 2 digital speed controller and 2.4GHz radio system.

SkyRC introduce the Ares S-Pro2 competition brushless motor for 4WD short course trucks. The motor is designed around a CNC-machined T6 billet aluminium heatsink can and features a 2-pole/3-slots setup, 5mm pinion shaft, adjustable timing and heavy-duty solder tabs. Sweep Racing introduce the Muzzle bodyshell for the Team Associated B5M buggy. Designed to maximise the downforce effects the body is of a cab forward design with a highly angled and channelled roof and a step-up section around the motor mount. Sidepods that raise towards the rear and a small shark fin help to channel the air toward the included 6.5″ rear wing. The direct replacement body comes made from clear polycarbonate and including two high-downforce rear wings.
