JConcepts introduce the Silencer bodyshell for the Team Associated B5M mid motor 2WD buggy. Sporting the well-known Silencer design features the body sports a mild cab forward design, a roof top shark fin and an extremely low profile appearance. Made from clear polycarbonate the body comes including window masks, decal sheet and two 6.5″ Hi-Clearance wings.

Revolution Design Racing Products introduce the RB6 Slipper Plate Set for Kyosho’s RB6 2WD buggy and RT6 2WD stadium truck. The plates are CNC-machined from 7075-T6 aluminium, come hard anodised and with a hardcoated surfaces for added rigidity and super long life. Being of a vented design they make for a more consistent and reliable slipper action in every racing condition. They sport laser-etched RDRP logos and are available now.

Hudy now have a long blade 3.0mm slotted screwdriver available. Coming with a lightweight composite handle and a hand-made Hudy spring steel tip the screwdriver is ideal for nitro engine carburettor adjustment duties due to its long design that helps to reach the carb needles of off-road vehicles even with a truggy body fitted.

X-Factory UK have released a teaser image for the X-6S. With the current X-6 2WD buggy being the full-blown X-6 Cubed, there now might be some sort of budget “Sport” version in the making. We bring you more information as we get it.

German company Xcite RC introduce their new line of EnergyXXL hardcase LiPo battery packs. Coming in protective hardcases the packs are built from the latest high-performance 80C cells for the lowest possible internal resistance and maximised lifespan and performance. The EFRA homologated packs are available in a range of configurations including 7400mAh and 5800mAh 2S standard, a 6000mAh saddle and a 4600mAh shorty pack as well as a 6500mAh 1S and a 6700mAh 4S pack. All include suitable bullet type power and balancing connectors along pre-wired charging harnesses.

XRD have several new 2014 EFRA-legal exhaust systems and new heavy-duty silicone manifold gaskets available. Starting with the exhausts, available now are the 2676 200mm Touring, 2068 1/8th On-Road and GT as well as the 2058 and 2058 Evo 1/8th Buggy exhaust. All come including a suitable manifold, mounting springs and silicone gasket for a drop fit. Also new are special silicone pipe and manifold gaskets made from a very durable silicone that withstands temperatures of up to 330°C without any problems. The gaskets fit a wide range of exhausts and they are available now.

RB introduce their new Energy line of hardcase LiPo battery packs. Available in several configurations including a 4S 7000mAh 75C and 4S 6200mAh 70C “1/8th” pack, a 2S 7000mAh 75C and 2S 5200mAh 45C standard length straight pack, a 2S 5300mAh 75C saddle pack as well as a 2S 3000mAh 40C pack which is ideal for RTR cars and starter boxes, all batteries come in a matte black protective hardcase with chrome RB sticker. All batteries, except the ones with bullet-type tube connectors, are pre-wired with high-current Deans T-type connectors.

CML Distribution introduce brass and aluminium front bulkheads for Team Associated’s B5 and B5M buggies. The front A-arm mounts are of a 25°/30° design and come as 37g brass or 13g aluminium version to alter the weight distribution of the buggy by simply using the heavier brass or lighter aluminium part. Included in the sets are delrin bushings and mounting hardware. Also new are brass, aluminium or delrin front bulkhead braces that weight 24g, 8g and 4g respectively. The parts can be used in addition to the aforementioned parts or with the standard composite bulkhead.
