Much More True Balance 8

Much More have released the True Balance 8, suitable for 1/8th buggy and truggy wheels. It allows you to quickly and easily balance car tires by identifying the heaviest part of the wheel so that proper balancing aids can be applied. The high quality, high precision 4 ball bearings are lightly oiled for ultra fine wheel rotation, helping to identify even the smallest inaccuracies of the tire balance, while the tire is mounted to the fine finished stainless steel shaft, ensuring it rotates freely.

LRP VTEC Suicide Competition tires

LRP electronic have released the latest tire in their 1/8 competition buggy tire line, the peculiarly named Suicide. Specially developed by the LRP R&D team, this new thread design features small and fines pins, perfect for hard packed high traction tracks or qualifying runs. The VTEC 1/8 tire provides high grip and low wear based on a special compound of high-quality rubber. In addition, the all new tire features pre-cut venting holes resulting in high performance through superior air circulation. Released in soft and medium compounds.

LRP ZR.30 X Competition Engine

LRP have released their latest truggy engine, the new ZR.30 X Truggy is the replacement for the successful Z.28 R Spec. 3 Truggy motor. An uncompromising competition engine specially tuned for the demands of a .30 engine, the massive XTEC T6 crankcase provides the engine with a high structural rigidity, with extra thick ribs, particularly between the front and rear ball bearings. The carburetor is also completely revised, and is now flow optimized resulting in maximum performance and simple tuning.

HongNor X2-CR Conversion kit

HongNor have released this new X2-CR Conversion kit which helps improve performance as well as reduce weight of the overall car. With a new chassis layout and forward centre of gravity, the buggy is faster through the corners and accelerates pit of the corners quicker. The new gear ratio gives the car smoother and faster acceleration, while the new lightweight aluminium shafts deliver the same great power more efficiently and smoothly to the drive train.

Xray have released this unique Active Differential, a high-performance, adjustable front gear differential for XT8 truggies, which vastly improves the truggy’s speed and handling characteristics. Mon-Tech Racing Losi 8ight XTR body

Italian company Mon-Tech Racing, have released a new body for LOSI 8ight buggy called the XTR. Made from durable 1mm thick polycarbonate, it has been designed to have the least aerodynamic resistance by utilizing a cockpit with a low tapered rear. This allows the air to flow freely over the rear wing, as well as helping to cool the motor. The body is supplied with outer protective film, window masks and a pre-cut decal sheet.
