T-Works have announced the release of their new shock diaphragm set for 16mm diameter shock absorbers. The volume compensators are of a reticular honeycomb design for improved damping characteristics and they are made of a durable material for long-lasting performance. The set includes four shock diaphragms and they are usable for most 16mm shock absorbers, helping to fine-tune shock action.

AKA have announced the release of their new Scribble tyre for 1/8th buggies. Inspired by the popular 1/10th buggy Scribble, the 1/8th scale version continues the trend of exceptional performance right out of the bag and superior wear characteristics. The innovative Scribble tread supports the tread and the carcass at the same time, necessitating a new carcass design. This combination of the new carcass and the supportive Scribble tread pattern promotes even wear across the entire width of the tyre for consistent performance run after run. Testing of the Scribble has shown it is at home on indoor tracks as well as hard pack, low dust outdoor tracks. The initial release of the 1/8th Scribble will be in Clay compound with other compounds to follow in the coming weeks.

The new optional ball ends feature lightweight premium grade 5 titanium 5.5mm ball studs, and the strong ball ends offer super free action guaranteed to never bind and sacrifice suspension performance and increase life. By increasing the ball diameter to 5.5mm the surface area is increase many times over stock which will greatly increase the lifespan before the parts are getting sloppy.
Coming from Power HD is their new B7 Revolution Pro low-profile brushless HV servo. Building on the proven B7 the Revolution Pro variant offers Sanwa SSR mode compatibility, a titanium and steel geartrain, dual ball bearings and up to 13kg-cm of torque at a speed of down to 0.055s. Upgraded hardware further improves precision and a 2-tone aluminium heatsink middle section, available in silver, red or gold colour, adds visual impact.

SXT have introduced their new tire insert roller for 1/10th off-road tires. The tool was developed to break in the tire’s foam insert without having to actually use and wear the tire. To use the tool the wheel will be spun using a drill and the tyre is being pressed down on the rollers. The result is a proper seated insert that also already saw some action which can improve overall grip.
New from JConcepts is the F2I rear wing for 1/8th scale off-road buggies and trucks. F2I relates to Finnisher related items morphing into a 2nd generation and this new wing fits the bill perfectly. Adding the “I” relates to it being IFMAR competition legal in terms of its side-dams being large enough to comply with rules and procedure on the world-wide racing scene. Aerodynamics are quite the buzz and the design of the wing is rather traditional with a flat base. Across the width, the five individual dividers add straight-line stability and connects the upper and lower deck. Drop louvers on each side split the deck-height funneling air flow through the core and up to the gurney. The industry first design featuring a built-in gurney eliminates the need to add additional pieces, hardware or items which are clumsy. As with all JConcepts injection moulded wings, the side dams are recessed for decals to rest without being exposed directly across its plane. The offset decal plane also provides some stability to the highly impacted area and removes a slight about of weight. To make mounting easier, JConcepts has added a handy grid area underneath to help position the wing side to side and fore and aft for the utmost versatility. The wing is available in white, black and yellow colour.
Schumacher have introduced the new Penguin Dart body shell for the Cougar Laydown 2WD buggy. The new body is specifically designed for low profile LiPos, ideally 22.5mm and below, and thanks to the body’s low and sleek design it offers a lower centre of gravity and cool new looks. It includes overspray film, window masks and Penguin decals and it is available in a standard or lightweight variant.
Coming from Lit R/C Products and made for the Team Associated RC8B3 series of vehicles is a set of Delrin hinge pin inserts that includes “in-between” 0.5 degree setting square pills. These insert are CNC machined out of durable white Delrin, and are designed to last much longer than the stock factory pill inserts. This set comes with the sought-after “Tweener” pills as well. The pack of 20 square pill inserts includes four center, four .5 out, four 1 out, four .5 corner, and four 1 corner inserts that are also available separately in 10-piece sets.
