Following the release of their new front bumpers for various 1:8 Buggies, VP-Pro has introduced new front wings for the category. Made from high-quality material, they feature a lightweight and durable design. New from Avid Racing Concepts comes their 13mm Precision Carpet Springs specifically designed for offroad carpet racing. The new springs have stiffer rates and shorter lengths so you can get to your low ride heights easily. Made from raw, uncoated ASTM-spec spring wire for consistency and factory-like polish potential. The springs are left raw so the spring rate and action of the spring is not compromised from any extra chemical processes, just like our truly infamous springs that we released in 2013! Measuring 40mm front and 56mm rear, allowing ultra-low ride heights, the springs are available individually or as complete sets. The Front springs are intentionally short and can’t be accurately tested at 1″ compression due to coil bind. Modern cars run under 23mm stroke in the front, which aligns with our design to push the spring right to very edge but not go over it. Each batch is labeled with the average spring rate (lb/in) after passing in-house testing using a precision $3k Chatillon digital spring rate tester. For easy identification they are laser etched on the side of one of the wire ends: large dash = 5 dots, small dash = 1 dot.
American based ProStar RC has released these Ceramic Coated Blue Magnesium Front & Rear Bulkheads intended for Tekno 1:10 Offroad platforms. Suitable for use on the SC410SL, ET410, EB410 & .2, and the SC2410T Short Course Conversion by ProStar RC, these latest bulkheads are the next generation upgrade to their successful 7075 Gold Anodized Aluminium Bulkheads. Magnesium Alloy offer comparable strength to 7075-T6 but is 30% lighter. Feature an ultra-lightweight design they are just 28 grams which is 15 grams lighter than V1 aluminium and 35 grams lighter than stock. The Signature Blue Ceramic Coating is heat-resistant, and corrosion-proof and they are finished with Laser-engraved ProStar Logo.
1:10 Offroad conversion kit and after market parts specialists Willspeed has released this 13mm Spring Cup Set for utilising their own 13mm Spring range on the Xray XB2’25 1:10 2WD Buggy. These are designed to a custom offset to allow for lower ride heights on the XB2’25 model with using Willspeed 13mm or AE 13mm springs. Manufactured by MJF in PA12 Nylon, they are completed in a black polyshot finish with Willspeed text logo around base with a set including 2 front spring cups and 2 rear spring cups.

Xray has released new optional Extra High Roll Center Rear Suspension Holders for its XB4 1:10 4WD Buggy. The set includes C a D holder with extra higher positions to help to make rear of the car more free in high traction conditions and makes car less squat under hard acceleration. Machined from premium Swiss 7075 T6 aluminium and black coated, the suspension holders allow to use both the long or standard suspension arm configurations. To reach extra low ride height Xray recommend the use of extra low shock collar 368027.

Xray has introduced this new Multi-Adjustable Aluminium Rear Upright Set for the XB8 1:8 Buggy platform. The set features rear aluminium hubs, carbon fibre extension plates for camber link adjustments and eccentric roll center bushings for lower roll center adjustment. The eccentric bushings allow four different directions upper/lower & inner/outer roll center adjustments positions. The upper roll center position provides more traction in all conditions while the lower roll centre position makes the car more free in corners and is suggested for high traction conditions. The outer position provides more stability and inner position provides more rotation. The composite eccentric bushings can be easily exchanged once worn in the dusty conditions to reduce maintenance costs. The upper carbon fibre extensions are machined from lightweight carbon fibre to reduce the weight and feature 3 camber link positions. CNC-machined from high-grade Swiss 7075 T6, the aluminium uprights are stronger thus ensuring higher reliability and increased life time. The complete set includes outside 8x16x5mm ball-bearings and inner 13x20x4mm ball-bearings.
