Xray XB4 81mm ECS front driveshafts

Xray have introduced their new double joint ECS 81mm front driveshafts for the XB4 off-road buggy. Equipped with durable 2.5mm pins the dual joint design driveshafts greatly reduce wheel chatter at high steering angles, and they make for increased stability, steering and cornering speed compared to standard single joint driveshafts. In addition landing after jumps is also improved- The driveshaft is of a fully rebuildable design, made of high-quality Hudy spring steel and it comes as single item.

1up Racing double-sided turnbuckle multi-wrench

1up Racing have introduced the new double-sided turnbuckle multi-wrench that makes adjusting turnbuckles a breeze. One end is straight while the other is angled at 45 degrees to reach turnbuckles the straight side can’t easily access. Machined from aluminium and black anodised, the wrench features an ergonomic grip between the finger and thumb on both sides. In addition, a 3.75mm x 8mm opening in the centre offers an easy way to hold many popular on-road ball cups when starting to thread in a turnbuckle, with two Multi-Wrenches allow to tighten them all the way. 4mm openings at both ends fits many popular turnbuckles and the tool is available now.

HB Racing D819 narrow alloy & brass wheel hubs

Coming from HB Racing are new narrow design hex hubs for the D819 1/8th scale buggy. The hex design wheel adapters are available in two variants with the first being a conventional alloy construction. These are standard equipment on the new D819 buggy. Each lightweight hex hub weighs in at three grams and they fit all previous 1/8 buggies and truggies as well. Also new is a pair of heavy brass narrow hex hubs. The heavier brass hubs make the car easier to drive and less sensitive on slippery tracks. They also give a more stable feeling for aggressive driving. Each heavy brass hex hub weighs 10.5 grams and they fit all previous 1/8 buggies and truggies. The narrow ally and brass hex hubs help racers to adjust overall width with the variety of wheels and tyres available on the market.

Performa Racing P1 Radical 690 Modified motors

Coming from Performa Racing are their new P1 Radical Sensor System 690 Modified brushless motors for 1/8th scale applications. Designed to provide superior drivability and extreme power, the Radical Sensor System is composed of a separate magnetic ring featuring four magnets that ensure precise and accurate rotor position location, helping the controller to achieve smoother throttle control. The design also protects the sensor system from being disturbed by inappropriate signals. Compatible with all controllers the motors are suitable for 1/8 buggies, SCT trucks and on-road cars.

Hudy Air Vac 1/10th off-road vacuum pump

The latest addition to Hudy’s line of Air Vac vacuum pumps for shock absorbers and differentials is a dedicated variant for 1/10th off-road vehicles. The ultra-compact electric-powered vacuum pump for 1/10 off-road shock absorbers was developed to quickly and easily bleed unwanted air bubbles from oil-filled shock absorbers and differentials. The tool may also be used as tyre additive penetrator for 1/12th and 1/10th pan cars to help getting the additive into the small pores of the foam tyre. The main platform is fully CNC-machined from high-quality 7075-T6 aluminium and includes exchangeable shock/diff stands as well as a transparent plastic cover. The Air Vac’s strong vacuum pump is powered by an optional 12V power supply or a 2S LiPo battery pack and it includes holders for the shock absorbers and differential as well as a 600mm connecting cable with gold-plated banana plugs and a premium hardcase for safe storage and transportation.

Xray XB2 TEC buggy rear wing

Coming from Xray is the new TEC rear wing for the XB2 buggy. The stylish and effective wing is of a flat design, helping to increase rotation into corners and adding rear traction coming out of corners. The wing is made of strong yet super lightweight 1.0mm polycarbonate material and it features several pre-marked gurney flap heights for easy aerodynamic fine tuning.

Darkside Designs YZ-2 O-ring battery hold down

Darkside Designs have introduced their new carbon fibre O-ring battery hold down for the Yokomo YZ-2 buggy. Cut from 3mm high-quality carbon fibre, the set also includes four carbon height spacers to clear the side rails and allow the use of LCG batteries. O-ring battery retainers make for quick battery swaps, the carbon fibre battery locators allow to shift the battery forth and back, and gold-colour hardware adds visual impact.
