HRC Distribution have introduced the new HRC Racing 4700mAh LiPo battery pack. The hardcase battery is built using high-quality 40C cells, making it ideal for ready-to-run kits or cars, buggies and trucks with stock or mild modified motors. The pack comes pre-wired with an industry-standard balancer port and a T-type power connector.

Coming from Kyosho and made for the ZX7 1/10th scale 4WD buggy are a low centre of gravity carbon fibre front shock tower and a carbon fibre front lower brace. The LD “low down” front shock stay offers a reduced height and new geometry, making it ideal for high-grip tracks as it lowers the overall centre of gravity. The shock tower is cut from 5mm high-grade carbon fibre, ensuring maximum durability.
T-Works have introduced new spring steel diff outdrives for the Team Associated RC8B3.1 buggy. Made of high-quality spring steel and coming with a hardened surface and precision-ground contact surfaces, the outdrives offer exceptional stability and durability. They are available as pairs in a 17mm variant for the front and centre differentials as well as shorter 15mm variant for the rear diff.
JConcepts have introduced their new F2 body shell for the Traxxas Rustler VXL and XL-5 trucks. The F2 body has been a trend setting design since its release on the buggy population and now, Traxxas Rustler drivers can drop-on a race favourite design to their bash vehicle of choice. One of the key features is an arrow based design where the front is much narrower than the rear. The narrower front-end appears on-point and with an all-new grille and headlight layout with four included grille options. Protecting the front shock tower area is done with a traditional shape but contains new louver positioning and available air-release features located just in front of the main cab. The popular side-window treatment has been once again incorporated into the design for maximum coverage. The new body includes the traditional Finnisher “V step-downs” in the bed area which makes it identifiable to the savvy racer. The tail of the body has been lowered with an upper and lower transition making the rear a more durable piece even with light-weight materials. The F2 includes two spoilers, one for high-bite conditions and another taller version for low or medium bite conditions. The spoilers are durable and with proper trimming and included hardware bolt directly to the back of the new shell. Each package includes window mask, new F2 specific decal sheet, two rear spoiler options and mounting hardware.
Schumacher have announced the release of several new carbon fibre reinforced option parts for the Cougar KC/KD and CAT L1 models. All are made of carbon fibre reinforced composite material as a direct replacement for the standard kit parts. Available are Cougar KC and KD front wishbones that are 4.8g lighter than kit wishbones while the Cat L1 specific items include 5.8g lighter front arms, 6.5g lighter rear arms as well as a 2g lighter front bumper. The parts are giving a lower overall weight and more precise feeling in high-grip track conditions.

Maclan Racing have introduced their all-new MRR V2m modified class motor, based on their popular MRR Team Edition V2 stock class platform. With a completely redesigned stator and windings, updated end cap, and 12.20mm ultra smooth rotor, the V2m provides much smoother low to mid-range power band. It also reduces weight by an average of twelve percent over its predecessor. Optional 12.50mm rotors for high torque and ultra-high torque are also available for different track conditions and sizes. The V2m is available in 3.5T, 4.5T, 5.0T, 5.5T, 6.0T, 6.5T, 7.0T, 7.5T, 8.5T, 9.5T, and 10.5T variants.
New from Carisma comes their 4Y24 1/24th scale 4WD buggy kit as a replacement for the ultra-popular GT24B kit. From the Pikes Peak inspired GT24R and the race inspired GT24TR Truggy to the GT24MT Micro Monster Truck, these RTR models are all in fact derived from the best selling model of them all: the GT24B. The range not only gave owners the opportunity to experience performance and control more associated with larger scales of cars, it also spawned a range of 3rd party hop ups, and even a full on race spec buggy conversion, like the Y24, manufactured by UK based NRC Projects. Sadly the whole production of these Carisma RC models is now sold through at retail and actually finding one to purchase as a donor vehicle is near impossible. The comprehensive 4Y24 kit, based on the original GT24B running gear and latest 2.4 GHz radio gear and brushless electrics is now available. It’s an ideal bed partner for the Y24 kit and could also be used as the base platform of a custom 1/24th fun build or micro FPV racer. The 4Y24 Kit will allow to add in any performance hop ups desired during the build itself, and then tune the chassis, shocks, wheels, tyres and body to the pilot’s driving style and taste. All the basics are included, from 2.4GHz FHSS radio gear, a fast and responsive steering servo, to the brushless long can motor and ESC. Samix have introduced a 4-piece set of 8mm offset brass wheel hex adapters for the Axial SCX10 II trail truck. The parts are machined from high-quality brass material and they come with a black surface coating for wear and looks while machined gold-coloured edge details add visual impact. Adding 27g of weight in total the hexes lower the truck’s overall centre of gravity for improved climbing performance.
