Schelle Racing Innovations’ Nova 3-plate slipper clutch is soon also available for the Team Associated B64 buggy. The clutch will offer a better driving feel, longer durability and a lower rotating inertia thanks to weighing in at only 12g for the entire clutch including a 78T spur gear whereas the original slipper weighs in at 25.5g. In addition, clutch has 20 percent more torque capacity and the set includes two slipper pads in white/red material and a tuning guide to help racers learn how to tune the clutch for different conditions from slick to astro-turf. Beside the clutch set for the B64 Schelle also offers a conversion kit for B64D owners that includes a pair of front and rear centre driveshafts.
Infinity is introducing a range of high performance silicone shock oils. Using carefully selected silicone oil, the viscosity of the range is professionally controlled during production to ensure accuracy giving racers a reliable source of consistency for selecting the correct oil to achieve a desired shock set-up change. The high quality oil also ensures stability during use in racing conditions. With the range offering 13 different variants, each is available in a convenient 60cc bottle with viscosities ranging from 300 to 700.

T-Works have introduced a range of stainless steel rear chassis skid plates for several 1/8th off-road buggies. Machined from high-quality material and coming laser-engraved for looks the protector plates prevent the rear chassis part from becoming excessively damaged on tracks with large jumps or abrasive surfaces. The sets include two skid plates and they are available for the Kyosho MP9, HongNor X3 Evo, SWorkz buggies, the HB Racing D815/D817/E817 as well as the Mugen MBX7/R.

Muchmore have expanded their range of high-performance LiPo batteries by the new Impact LCG Max-Punch FD2 4300mAh 2S pack. Measuring 95.8×46.8×22.5mm and weighing it at 192g the battery is of a low-profile design while the high-performance 120C cells make for exceptional power output in modified and stock classes. Coming from O.S. Engines is the new Speed B21 Ty Tessmann II nitro off-road engine. The square stroke power plant follows hot on the heels of the recently introduced 110% long stroke engine and it is based on the World Championship winning B2101. It features a 5.8mm venturi insert and different from the original B2101 the Ty Tessmann II has a reshaped low-profile cooling head, of Ty’s original design, with double height vertical fins. The B21 Ty Tessmann II is available separately or including the new 90mm manifold and T-2090SC exhaust.

Imbue, known for their popular brass shock absorber pistons, have introduced a handful of option parts for the Mugen MBX7R buggy. First up is the brass +20g C-block. The option part is aimed at making a driver’s race day much simpler as, instead of fiddling with weights, the weighted C-block makes it more of a fit and forget upgrade. The part is usable with the original suspension inserts and at +20g of weight it is the choice of top Mugen racers.
Coming from Team C Racing and made for the company’s 2WD off-road vehicles is an aluminium steering set. Machined from high-quality material and coming with a ball-raced steering plate the set is a direct replacement and it makes for greatly improved steering emphasis due to the sturdy construction and the servo-saver-less design.
