Trinity 24K Certified Plus stock brushless motors

Coming soon from Trinity is the 24K Certified Plus stock racing brushless motor. Based on the standard 24K the Certified Plus went through specific checks to ensure maximum performance. First up the motor’s rotor asymmetry is being checked which is meant to be a crucial part in building a fast motor. Typically a rotor shows asymmetry values of 0 to 30 plus with Trinity’s Certified Plus motors not exceeding a 4. On top of this each motor comes with red-sealed ceramic bearings and pre-set timing specially dedicated for 2-cell off-road, 2-cell on-road touring or 1-cell 1/12th scale applications. The Certified Plus range of motors will include 13.5T and 17.5T variants, they come with dyno printouts and are available soon.

Fast Race MBX7R coloured battery box

Coming from Fast Race and made for Mugen’s MBX7R buggy are coloured battery boxes. Constructed from ABS material the compartments easily take straight-type LiPo receiver battery packs while an incorporated channel makes for easy wire routing towards the receiver box. The battery box comes in fluorescent yellow or red as well as plain black colour with two screws allowing for easy battery access through the detachable lid.

Schelle Racing Innovations 10 for 10 Onyx bearings

Schelle’s popular Onyx high-quality ball bearings are now available as a 10 for $10 deal. The greased ABEC3 standard bearings sport combined rubber and metal seals, making them ideal for kits and RTR vehicles as well as both 1/8th and 1/10th scale cars as they have a lower starting torque, making them run with less drag compared to other rubber-sealed bearings. The 10-piece ball race packs are available in a range of popular metric and imperial sizes.

Yeah Racing SCX10 aluminium conversion kit

Coming from Yeah Racing and made for Axial’s SCX10 off-road truck is the Aluminium Essential Conversion kit. It includes a multitude of CNC-machined alloy parts such as front knuckle arms, servo mounts, shock hoop mounts, motor plate, rear axle lock-outs, 11 degree C-hubs, rear chassis H-brace as well as front and rear bumper mount plates to replace the standard kit parts. The included parts both improve durability and looks and they are available in orange or blue colour.

T-Works Optima front bulkhead brace

Coming from T-Works and made for Kyosho’s Optima 2016 re-release is an aluminium bulkhead brace. Machined from aluminium and coming black anodised and with laser-etched logos the brace makes for improved frontend stability in the event of a crash. Included is also the required mounting hardware.

Arrowmax 5200mAh low profile LiHV battery pack

Arrowmax have introduced the first in a line of new LiHV battery packs. Made from 5200mAh 110C/55C LiHV cells the battery offers an increased nominal voltage of 7.6V compared to the 7.4V of standard LiPo packs. Using LiHV-compatible chargers a 2S pack can be charged up to 8.7V or 4.35V per cell, allowing for higher output voltage. LiHV packs are also good to be charged to the standard 8.4V for sanctioned races with the flatter discharge curve compared to regular packs making for more punch towards the end of a run. Arrowmax’ 5200mAh pack measures a standard 139x47mm while offering a low-profile height of 22.5mm. The hardcase battery pack is equipped with the now-standard 5mm through-type connector tubes.

SWorkz S35-2E 1/8th electric off-road buggy kit

SWorkz have introduced the new S35-2E 1/8th scale electric off-road buggy kit. Based on the proven S350 BE1 Evo the vehicle features a new rear suspension design and front Ackermann steering system that was taken over from the S350 EVO II Limited nitro buggy. Also part of the package is the new centre transmission system with a long front and short rear centre driveshaft. The S35-2E also includes higher quality parts, many options from stock as well as a refined shock system with optimised suspension geometry.

Schumacher 1/10th off-road alloy spring seats

Schumacher have introduced new aluminium spring seats for the company’s off-road vehicles such as the Cat K2 and Cougar KF2. The new alloy spring cups fit both small and big bore shocks, they offer 1mm more up travel over the standard kit spring seat and allow for better spring retaining, preventing a loss of the seats over large jumps and bumps.
