Team Associated show prototype 3-gear B5M gearbox

Team Associated are currently working on their new Stealth low-profile 3-gear gearbox for the B5M mid motor buggy. A design that’s around for some time, the low-profile gearboxes are a common sight in the 2WD class when running on high to very high bite astro and carpet surfaces and so far only aftermarket conversion kits are available for Team Associated’s B5M buggy. The issued images show a prototype made up using rapid prototype parts with the actual gearbox expected to be of a standard black colour. We bring you more information on the transmission as soon as they surface.

Pro-Line have introduced the 1973 Ford Bronco rock crawler bodyshell for 12″/305mm wheelbase rigs. Capturing the overall essence of the original Bronco the body features a detailed grill, headlights, body moulding trim and that distinct Bronco look. The body fits trucks such as the Axial SCX10 and Vaterra Ascender and it comes clear, including window masks and a comprehensive decal sheet.

Pro-Line Blockade 2.2" 1/10th 4WD front tyre

Coming soon from Pro-Line is the Blockade 2.2″ front tyre for 1/10th scale 4WD buggies. Designed for loose, dusty or hard-packed conditions the tyre tread features large lugs for exceptional tread life while balanced tread spacing makes for maximum forward bite. On top of this the uniquely blended side tread reduces the edginess, making it also a very forgiving tyre. The Blockage is available in soft M3 and super soft M4 rubber and it includes blue closed cell inserts.

PowerHD LW-20MG waterproof servo

PowerHD have introduced their all-new LW-20MG standard size servo. Being fully waterproof the servo is ideal for crawler and buggy applications and it offers a torque of up to 20kg-cm and a speed of down to 0.16s. It features dual ball bearings, copper and aluminium gears and it is usable with 4.8V to 6.6V input.

Pro-Line pre-cut 1/10th buggy chassis protectors

Coming from Pro-Line are several pre-cut chassis protector decals for the Team Associated B44.3, B5M and the TLR 22 3.0. They are made using extra thick 0.5mm material and prevent excessive chassis wear as well as dirt build-up in the chassis screws and unused screw holes. The decals are manufactured by Upgrade RC and they are available in the Pro-Line Team or Pro-Line Black design with a plain, un-cut and clear sheet also being available.

Pro-Line RC8T3 Enforcer bodyshell

Coming from Pro-Line is the Enforcer bodyshell for the Team Associated RC8T3 1/8th truggy. The body is a standard standard item in the AE kit and originally comes from the mind of Ty Tessmann to offer a meaner and more angular front end look with swooping roof and bed sections for improved airflow and high-speed stability. The hood of the truck is steeper to create more down force over the front wheels for more steering and faster lap times. As usual the body comes clear, including window masks and decal sheet.

Upgrade RC Bermudas aluminium wing buttons

Available now from Upgrade RC are the Bermudas aluminium wing buttons. A one size fits all for both 1/8th and 1/10th scale vehicles the mounting plates are machined from high-quality aluminium with the unique triangular design being a welcomed alternative to the majority of round wing buttons. The wing mounts use either flat or button head M3 screws and they are available in black or blue anodising.
