Extended Ielasi Tuned engine range

Ielasi Tuned, the brand of Italian frontrunner and former IFMAR World Champion Daniele Ielasi, has expanded their range of hand-tuned engines by four new 1/8th on-road, buggy and GT engines. Adding to the already available extra long stroke 9 and 3-ports on-road engines are two long stroke 9 and 7-port variants for 1/8th on-road applications. Also available now are the 4-port buggy and the 5-port, IFMAR-legal, rally/GT engine. All engines, except for the buggy variant, make use of the R7-16 conrod.

AKA Slicks 1/10th buggy tyres

AKA is the latest company to introduce treadless slick tyres for 1/10th off-road buggies. Designed for maximum performance on high-grip, indoor clay tracks they are available in Clay compound only and compatible with the AKA Evo 2.4″ wheels or Hexlite 2.2″ wheels with the Evo conversion kit. Available as 2WD or 4WD front/rear pairs with red inserts, or 2WD/4WD rear pairs pre-mounted on Evo wheels.

Revolution Design AE B44.3 81T precision spur gear

Following a dedicated line of Precision Spur Gears for the Team Durango DEX line of buggies Revolution Design Racing Products now introduce a Precision Spur Gear for the use with the Team Associated B44.3 4WD off-road buggy. Coming in the wide Revolution2 version the mein gear offers high durability when using low-turn modified motors while providing exceptional efficiency for stock spec classes too. The gear is available in a 81T variant only.

Tesla P3 turbo off-road glow plug

Capricorn have introduced the P3 ultra hot glow plug. The turbo-style plug will provide improved idling and better acceleration and it fits all off-road engines with a turbo-style combustion camber insert.

Samix SCX-10 front & rear aluminium shock plates

Samix more option parts for the Axial SCX-10 1/10th truck available in the form of aluminium front and rear shock mounting plates. Machined from high-quality material and coming in the four colours of green, black, gun metal and silver the parts offer 15 shock mounting positions each, allowing for more complex setup that the stock parts. On top of that the plates, that also act as a mounting point for the body stays, improve the durability and they add some visual impact to the car.

New from Flash Point R/C Racing Products is a 2S LiPo 7.4V 2500mAh battery pack. Made with the highest quality cells and using durable 20AWG silicone wire, the battery was designed not only as 1/10th and 1/8th scale nitro car receiver battery, but it can also be used to power most transmitters. The battery comes fibre wrapped, covered in black shrink wrap it is pre-wired with a universal plug and a balance lead for easy operation.

T-Works S350T graphite A-arm stiffeners

T-Works have introduced a graphite A-arm stiffener set for the SWorks S350T truck. The parts are cut from high-quality carbon fibre and designed to reinforce the composite suspension arms to make for improved stiffness in hot ambient temperatures or on high-bite surfaces. Included comes suitable mounting hardware.

Tekno NB48.3 1/8th nitro buggy kit

Tekno has given its NB48 1/8th nitro off-road buggy a revision and now rolls out the NB48.3 that is meant to be faster, nimbler, and easier to drive. Sharing many parts with the recently introduced EB48.3 electric buggy the nitro kit includes a redesigned suspension package for improved big jump landings, small bump handling and consistency by utilising longer shock absorbers with new shock pistons as well as including revised A-arms and shock towers with updated shock positions. The chassis has evolved as well as by offering the forward engine position only and by optimising the flex characteristics of the front engine layout. This improves the gear mesh between the clutch bell and the new 46t spur gear and also helps to calm the rear of the car.
