Team Associated SC10B LiPo Combo RTR kits

The latest Team Associated vehicle to receive the LiPo Combo upgrade is the SC10B 1/10th 2WD short course buggy. The realistic buggy comes equipped with a factory finished short course pro buggy body, roll cage and driver as well as a water-resistant brushless electronic speed control with reverse, powerful Reedy brushless motor, enclosed water resistant receiver box, adjustable blue anodised aluminium coil-over shocks and KMC replica wheels with high traction compound rear tyres for more grip complete the package. New for the LiPo Combo kits are the latest Reedy 423-S 35W Compact Balance Charger and the WolfPack LiPo 3300mAh 30C 7.4V battery, allowing to hit the tracks instantly.

JConcepts Finnisher 1/8th truck body – Coming soon

During this weekend’s AMS 6.0 in Alabama JConcepts are debuting a brand-new 1/8th truggy bodyshell. Prototyped for the TLR 8ight-T 3.0 and driven by TLR/JConcept’s Ryan Maifield the body is set for a release shortly after the ROAR 1/8th Nationals and it will be available for TLR and Mugen trucks.

Traxxas Bandit & Stampede VXL TSM RTR kits

Traxxas have upgraded VXL Brushless RTR kits available such as the Bandit 1/10th 2WD buggy and the Stampede 2WD truck. Both are proven platforms and around for some time and they feature powerful brushless systems, capable of propelling the cars to speeds of more than 110km/h, they include TQi 2.4GHz radio systems, 7-cell NiMH battery packs and suitable chargers. New to both kits is the Traxxas Stability Management that helps providing straight ahead full-throttle acceleration on slippery surfaces, without fishtailing, spinouts, and loss of control. High speed cornering and control is also made possible as TSM makes corrections in the background, without intruding on fun, or creating unexpected side effects. Both kits will hit the stores very soon.

Muchmore Premium Racing ball bearings

Muchmore introduce their Premium Racing ball bearings in a range of sizes. Coming with a protective rubber shield on one side and a drag-reducing metal shield on the other side the bearings will offer exceptional protection against the elements while improving the drivetrain efficiency compared to all-rubber sealed ball races at the same time. The bearings come pre-oiled using high-temperature resistant oil and they are available in five different standard sizes with the 5x10x3mm offering being the only all-metal seal one.

Team Associated SC10 Brushless LiPo combos

Team Associated have new Brushless LiPo combos based on their SC10 2WD Stadium Truck available. New to the Qualifier Series line, these SC10s include a water-resistant high-power brushless speed control, water-resistant enclosed receiver box, and adjustable blue anodised aluminium V2 coil-over shocks. The 2.6:1 ratio gearbox includes a sealed gear differential with heavy-duty internal gears and the externally adjustable V2 slipper clutch. The KMC replica hex-drive wheels come standard on the SC10 with high-traction racing compound rear tires and inserts for more grip. The 2.4GHz radio system, metal gear steering servo, WolfPack 3300mAh LiPo battery and Reedy 423-S 35W balance charger round out the package. The LiPo combo kits are available as Lucas Oil, Rockstar Makita and Toyota Racing/TRD truck.

Schelle ZX6 shorty LiPo battery strap & Onyx bearings

Schelle Racing Innovations have two new option parts for the Kyosho ZX6 4WD buggy available. First up is a carbon fibre shorty LiPo battery strap cut from lightweight yet rigid 2.5mm carbon fibre. Weighing in at only 4.7g the part offers a single open end design for easy removal and it fits the kit mounting posts as well as optional aluminium posts with thumb screws. Included is also an optional adhesive foam cushion. The other new product is a 28-piece Onyx ball bearing set for the ZX6. The both metal and rubber shielded ball races are manufactured to ABEC-1 standard, they reduce friction while offering exceptional protection against the elements and they come pre-lubed with high-quality Japanese Kyodo Yushi grease.

Xray 6.8mm ball studs with backstop

Coming from Xray and made for the XB8 1/8th scale buggy are 6.8mm ball studs with backstop. Designed for the use on the steering knuckles the ball studs eliminate the annoying problem of the ball cups becoming disconnected from the ball studs in the event of a crash or a hard landing. Incorporating an M3 thread the ball studs are made from high quality material and additionally heat treated for maximised durability.

Serpent Slide Drive gear differential outdrives

Available now and designed for the Slide Drive system are new gear differential outdrives from Serpent. Usable on the SRX-2 Buggy and SC truck and made from high-quality spring steel the outdrives allow to use the performance enhancing Slide Drive system in combination with gear differentials and not just the standard ball differentials.
