PSM B64 V2 carbon fibre shock towers

PSM from Germany have introduced their new V2 carbon fibre shock towers for the Team Associated B64 buggies. Both offer a refined suspension geometry with fewer holes for the upper shock mounting and camber link positions which translates to easier vehicle setup and improved overall rigidity. The front tower is machined from heavy duty 5mm material while the FXO rear shock stay is cut from 3.5mm material. Both offer a double stacked design, they weigh in a 9.3g and 11.5g respectively and both qualify for PSM’s unique DRS damage replacement service.

STRC TRX-4 brass C-blocks & portal drive covers

Coming from ST Racing Concepts and made for the Traxxas TRX-4 trail truck are brass front castor blocks and portal drive outer housings. The parts increase the weight and add a combine total of nearly 170g to the lower portion of the vehicle. Having more weight towards the lower part of the scale crawler can help with stability and climbing capability of your vehicle and brass option parts with its combination of durability and heavier weight can help achieve this performance edge on your crawler. They are available separately, come as pairs and are black treated for a realistic look and durability.

T-Works B6 series steel CV driveshaft set

Coming from T-Works and made for the Team Associated B6 series of 2WD off-road buggies is a new steel rear driveshaft set. The 65mm long CV-style shafts are made from high-quality material and they come black coated for wear.

Exotek EB410 rear brass weight set

Exotek have introduced a brass rear weight set for the Tekno EB410 buggy. Made of brass and black coated to reduce corrosion, this weight set is designed to easily bolt on to the rear of the EB410 with an extra low profile. The main weight is 40g and included are two add on 8g weights so that drivers can tune the rear weight of the buggy as needed. The weight set is also slightly angled off of the chassis to maintain chassis flex. Sold separately are additional 8g weights to add extra grams if needed.

SWorkz S12 series aluminium rear hub carriers

Coming from SWorkz and made for the S12 series of buggies is an aluminium rear hub carrier set. It is made from high-quality alloy for improved durability and offers an updated design with six new upper camber link mounting positions for enhanced tuneability. In addition the hubs are usable with the smaller 6x12x4mm ball bearings for a lower weight.

TLR 8ight 16mm Evo buggy shock springs

Coming from Team Losi Racing are the new 16mm Evo shock springs for the 8ight buggy platform. This full line of springs is closer together in rate for finer tuning as well as a constant coil diameter while also being longer in length. They have been found to offer much better performance in all conditions, especially when it comes to bump track handling and landing. To run the springs the LOSA5435 spring cups of the older 1.0 and 2.0 kits have to be used. The springs are colour-coded and they come in six front and seven different rear hardnesses.

T-Works have introduced a set of brass steering posts for the Mugen MTC1 touring car. They are machined from high-quality material and weigh in at 2g each. They add weight to the front part of the car which can be beneficial in certain track conditions.

Schelle Racing Innovations B64 rear top deck

Coming from Schelle Racing Innovations is the rear top deck for the Team Associated B64 buggy. The part is the perfect complement to Schelle’s popular front top deck. Connecting the rear gearbox with the motor mount allows for increase bending strength as well as reduced chassis flex in cornering. When installed, racers will notice an immediate increase in corner speed, as the rear end of the buggy will now follow lock-step with the front end. The part is machined from 2.5mm carbon fibre and comes including a 3-D-printed plastic rear top deck mount and a 3-D-printed plastic battery stop.
