Produced from high quality rubber, its square and curve arranged pins are designed for longer life and directional capability. It ensures a smooth, consistent feel with excellent grip, and meets the demands of most track surfaces ranging from carpet and wet, to loamy, indoor clay, hard packed and blue groove. RC Maker Optional LF-LW Driveshaft Upgrades

RC Maker has introduced an upgraded Low Friction Light Weight Driveshaft System for their SP1 1:10 Electric Touring Car. Designed to improve drivetrain efficiency, the new LF/LW system features oversized ball bearings in the differential cups, increasing the bearing surface area while reducing movement and friction throughout the assembly. At the same time, the complete assembly is lighter than the original SP1 components, reducing rotating mass and allows the driveshafts to move with less bind in the cup. This results in less rotating mass, reduced bind, improved efficiency, and increased durability.

Gimar ‘Black Sun’ .21 Onroad Engine

Italian engine tuner Gimar has announced the release of its new ‘Black Sun’ .21 1:8 Onroad race engine. Beginning with an O.S base, the internals are completely new and built in Italy and individual optimised. Running a long stroke 16.78 with 16.28 piston, it features the newest technology to guarantee the best performance and reliability. The 3.5cc ‘Black Sun’ has been given a new combustion chamber for 16% and 25% nitro fuel use which allows you to increase torque with all fuels. The engines get a new reinforced rod and rear Swiss WIB ceramic bearing for more power and longevity.

Team Associated RC10 Sprint Edition Kit

Team Associated has another new RC10 kit variant, this time the American brand releasing the RC10 Sprint Edition Kit for 1:10 oval racing. Bringing their 2WD RC10 platform to the ovals and based on a Black Anodised 6061 Aluminium chassis, nose plate, and motor plate, key features of the kit are the new Stealth Retro Transmission which is B6 transmission in a retro case design. The Sprint Edition Kit also gets a new Sprint Car body and wings and 12mm hexes all around.

Infinity IF15-2 Expanded Gear Ratio Option

Reigning 1:10 Nitro Touring Car World Champion manufacturer Infinity has released an extended gear ration option for its IF15-2. The new 60 Toith 1st gear and 55 Tooth 2nd gear are have been optimised to allow the OS 12TG engine to operate within its most efficient RPM range. With the wider range of gear ratio options available, it is now possible to achieve an even better matched setup.

Schumacher CAT PB +3mm Wide Rear Straps

Schumacher has released these new +3mm Wide Rear Straps for its CAT PB 1:10 4WD Buggy that offer increased bump handling whilst also providing added stability through higher speed sections. A narrower rear hex will be needed to allow the width of the buggy to remain the same. To keep the same width the hex width must be reduced by 1.5mm each side. The team also recommend shortening the rear link on the hub and softening the rear spring by one rate when changing to these straps. The straps must be used as a pair and offer the most benefits in medium to high grip conditions.

INOV8 Avalon Vortex 3DX Body Mount Spacers

A body shell that is a hot topic at the moment in the world of 1:10 Electric Touring Car, Australian aftermarket parts manufacturer INOV8 has released this 3DX Body Mount Spacers specially developed for the new Avalon Vortex. They are 3D Printed from tough and lightweight ASA Material to keep maximum durability and minimum weight as such a crucial part of your body shell. With the Avalon Vortex Wing Struts being so high, they had to find a solution to allow enough length on the body mounts to position the body at the correct heights. Rather than making all new carbon extensions for one body, they chose to develop these spacers which can be used with the original extensions everyone already owns. Two versions are available, with 10mm is more common for those running less rake and 15mm for more rake. Designed for use solely with the INOV8 X-Lite Body Mount, as it locates perfectly to the top of the mount to ensure everything stays in line. They can be re-used from body to body!
