The 5th and final round of the Austrian 1/8th and 1/10th scale on road Nationals has been run at MAV Aigen, and with a win for Daniel Tomaschko the 1/8th scale series managed to have 5 different winners as well as 5 different top qualifiers throughout the season. In the 1/8th scale category it was Mugen Novarossi driver Michael Klausner that took the title, which due to his engine going lean meant he lost 3 laps and ended the race in 2nd, but it was enough to secure the title. Young Slovenian driver Mihelic Nejc took 2nd in the series. In the 1/10th scale TOP class it was Gerhard Kandelhardt that took his 5th win of the year for a perfect record that secured him the title, while in the Sports class, 4th place in the last race was enough for Christian Bartacek to take the crown ahead of 13 year old Kevin Eggerstorfer. Local 17 year old drier Stefan Eichbauer took the race win in the final leg.
