Job Title: Sales Representative

Kyosho Corporation of America is looking for a strong candidate for the position of Sales Representative for its headquarters based in southern California. If you’re a talented, confident and charismatic individual who knows how to create, maintain, and develop successful sales strategies with the rest of the sales team, we want you. You will be responsible for building solid customer relationships with our dealers and for sales support.

Primary Responsibilities:
– Create and maintain accounts in specific territories across the U.S., Canada and South America.
– Run a series of weekly and monthly reports on sales activities and trends in your territories.
– Ensure that all orders within the specified territories are processed and shipped within the allocated shipping window.
– Interact in an efficient and pleasant manner with a variety of other departments like Marketing, Accounting and Warehouse.
– Set up and maintain customer accounts.
– Meet or exceed assigned sales goals.
– Assist the Accounting department with invoice problems.
– Perform a variety of data entry task, including entering dealer orders, dealer info updates, and sales statistics, and produce useful reports from that data.
– Solicit orders from customer by phone, email and at tradeshows.
– Send press release updates, and follow up with new press release order.
– Be responsible for handling dealer complaints and successfully turning them into a sales opportunity.
– Keep accounts up-to-date on all upcoming and new products.
– Work closely with the sales group to develop and implement successful sales strategies.

Minimum Requirements:
– 1-3 years of successful performance in sales
– Strong PC computer skills, must be proficient in Excel and Word
– Excellent Communication Skills
– Proven problem solving skills
– Ability to multi task
– R/C experience and knowledge a plus
– Experience using Mas 90 / 200 a plus
– Experience using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator a plus
