Toy Fair 2011 – KO Propo

KO Propo have their stand here once again this year but have very little in terms of new products for the fair. Their Electrical Switch 2 is a LiPo is for use in gas cars that are running a 7.4V LiPo RX pack. A simple one touch switch supplies the power to your receiver while an array of small LEDs light to show the voltage of the pack with each light displaying a scale between 5.5V and 7.5V. A voltage cutoff is included to prevent your battery dropping below 6V. Available in about 2 months.

Other new items include their line of aluminium servo horns, as used by team drivers Cody King and Jared Tebo to win and TQ the Worlds in Pattaya. Available in 3 different thicknesses, 3mm, 2.5mm & 2.0mm they offer different levels of strength, further helped by the included screw that tightens the horn to the servo spline. Under their Kondo brand, they also gave us a demonstration of their robots, the KHR-3HV and the ‘turtle’. Both can be fully programmed with the robot obviously having a wider range of potential movements and actions.
