Exotek announce more Tamiya options

Exotek Racing have announced new option parts for the Tamiya TRF417, TA-05,  as well as the Exotek F103 and F103 chassis conversions. Made for the TRF417 is the new ultra narrow and extra soft 417XS chassis plate. Aggressively shaped and 2.25mm thick for added flex the main chassis sports extra cut-outs in the rear section for more controlled flex, more tyre performance and maximum grip with controlled tyres. The plate accepts 7.4V flat bottom LiPo batteries.

The second new part is the EX05 Pro non-IFS top plate set for the TA-05 Pro chassis with added front shock tower. The top plate conversion eliminates the front plastic bulkhead and IFS gear for the ultimate in tweak free performance. Lighter then the normal IFS set up and generates more grip and responsiveness. The set works with Exotek’s EX05 conversion and non-IFS TA-05 V2 kits. Designed for the Tamiya 416, 417, Evo 5, TA-05, TA-06 and TB03 chassis is the carbon fibre bumper brace. Made from US-made carbon fibre the brace supports the front body mounts and bumper for less wobble and better body support. Last but not least Exotek release the F1R Up-Cvonversion for the company’s EXO104 and EXO103 conversion kits. The set includes all parts such as chassis plate, rear lower pod plate, braces etc. to convert the EXO104 or EXO103 to the all new F1R.
