Speed Passion are looking for candidates to apply for several positions in Europe and Hong Kong. The company is currently seeking a European based Sales & Marketing Executive, Hong Kong based Customer Support Officer as well as a Sales and Marketing Manager. They further look for a Video, Graphic and Flash designer as well as a Products Designer. Immediate availability for all positions is an advantage.

Sales and Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:
– To develop potential new oversea customers and achieve company sales target
– To handle the Sales/Order enquiries & request from the customers and prepare quotations to customers
– To create business reports and updates of the progress of sales and marketing activities to operation manager in regular basis
– To maintain good connection and relationship with oversea direct customer / Dealer / Distribution / retailers
– To support ad hoc projects
– Immediately available is an advantage

Requirements:
– High Diploma/Degree holder in Business/Sales/Marketing/Electrical or relevant subjects
– At least 2-3 years experience in sales/marketing/customer service will be a definite advantage
– Working experience in a RC/Toy/Electrical product is highly preferred
– Provide services for quality defects/returns arrangement & customer service
– Good English presentation and excellent sales and communication skills
– Team work, self-motivate, customer-oriented and willing to work under pressure
– Aggressive and outgoing in customer acquisition
– Computer skills in MS Word/ Excel/ Project
– Must have good command of both spoken and written in English
– Careful, Well-Organized, Patient, Mature and Able to Work under Pressure

Video and Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:
– Responsible for graphic design work/art work

Requirements:
– Must be able to draw on computer
– Excellent in Hand Drawing/Sketch
– Experience in conceptual art of characters is an advantage
– Knowledge in social media and handheld device application
– Proficiency in 2D Graphic tools, e.g. Adobe illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
– Proven skills on Web Design tools, e.g. Dreamweaver, Flash
– Knowledge in Flash, 3D Studio Max and Animation is a plus
– Game and RC Toy  industry experience is a plus
– Strong sense of responsibility

Product Design and Video

Responsibilities:
– Manage a wide range of product development and design programs for both OBM and OEM
– Support business development in presentation of design capabilities
– Create innovative ideas for paper products with electronic and plastic factors, to co-ordinate with internal and external parties to actualize these ideas into marketable products
– Graphics/Product Design and Brand Development (including Packaging/Brochure/POP design)
– Perform market research and analysis, to make proposal of new product ideas based on the market trends
– Responsible for technical drawings, product/material specifications, BOM, and make-up sheet documents
– Handle other tasks assigned by Manager

Requirements:
– Qualified Design Institute graduated/Bachelor Degree in Product Design or relevant discipline
– Minimum 2 years solid experience in Graphics and Product Design of electronic Product, Premium, or Plastic Product is a prerequisite
– Proficiency in 2D Creative Suite (AI, PS etc), Microsoft Office (power point, word, excel), and in 3D CAD Rhinoceros, Flamingo software. Good working knowledge of AutoCad is a plus
– Creative, self-motivated, passionate about design and attention to details;
– Experience in manufacturing is a plus, particularly in Apple Device and electronic products
– Good Leadership, communication skills, teamwork and result-oriented
– Fair working knowledge of MS Office and able to type Chinese
– Fair command of written and spoken English, and Mandarin
– Occasionally travel
