2012 Kyosho Fall Classic report
The 2012 Kyosho Fall Classic was held at Revelation Raceway in Ontairo, CA on November 3rd. This 1-day annual event put on by Kyosho America and Revelation Raceway has always brought in top drivers from all over SoCal. Current IFMAR 1/8 Buggy World Champion Cody King, Current 1/8 Buggy Worlds Warm-Up TQ David Ronnefalk, Jesse Robbers, Drew Moller, Josh Wheeler, and Barry Baker were all in attendance. This years event brought in over 130 entries that packed the pits.
In the 1/8 Electric Buggy class, Kyosho/Team Orion Factory Driver Cody King would go onto dominate qualifying and taking the overall TQ!
Cody then went on to take care of business and Win the 10-Minute A-Main Event with his Team Orion powered Kyosho MP9E! Kyosho/Novak Factory Driver Cody Turner would finish an impressive 2nd overall. Local OFNA Racer DJ would go onto round out the podium in 3rd.

In the 1/8 Pro Truggy class, it was Kyosho/Team Orion’s Drew Moller who went on to take the overall TQ!
The 20-Minute A-Main would be a great battle between Drew Moller, Matt Schreffler, and Cody Smith. Moller and Smith would stretch out their lead on third making it a 2 truck race. Moller got around Smith with 2 laps to go and would hold on for the Win! Smith would go onto finishing an impressive 2nd and Matt Schreffler in 3rd.

In the premier 1/8 Pro Buggy class, Kyosho/Team Orion Factory Driver David Ronnefalk would put in 2 very impressive qualifiers to take the overall TQ!
The 30-Minute A-Main Event was going to be the race of the day with all the heavy hitters ready for battle. This main event did not dissapoint with several lead changes and great racing. At the end of the 30-Minutes, it was HB’s Jesse Robbers taking the Win. Kyosho/Team Orion’s David Ronnefalk made a great late race charge to only finish 7-seconds off of the leader. Kyosho/Team Orion’s Cody King would round out the podium in 3rd.
