Six full-time positions for our marketing and design divisions are now open for those who qualify. Search Campaign Manager – The Search Campaign Manager is responsible for developing strategies and managing two primary marketing categories: search engine marketing and search engine optimization.
The Search Campaign Manager is responsible for effectively driving and growing ROI on an annual PPC budget of over $500,000 (includes search, display and remarketing ads) and must be experienced in developing and implementing strategies to grow CTR and conversions. The specialist will best utilize this budget by optimizing organic search results, assuring that the PPC budget is utilized to acquire incremental traffic. Digital Marketing Manager – The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing a well-defined digital marketing strategy that increases our brand awareness, generates traffic and drives sales. This person is responsible for developing an aggressive digital media strategy, including banner advertising, direct email marketing to achieve our sales objectives, while ensuring a consistent marketing message to strengthen our position in the market. This person will be responsible for both hands-on implementation and the management of our digital vendors. More information available here.
Brand Manager – The Brand Manager is responsible for managing all marketing activities related to the promotion of the A Main Hobbies’ proprietary brands, Protek RC and Eco Power, and is responsible for developing and executing long-term marketing plans and shorter run marketing campaigns. The goal of this position is to increase market share through effective promotion and line extension by identifying market needs, trends, and opportunities. Graphic Designer – The Graphic Designer works with multiple team members, creating a variety of design solutions, including print, display ads, email, branding, product and packaging. The Graphic Designer needs to be a multi-talented individual who knows how to translate marketing strategy into both print and digital design.
The Graphic Designer must have strong creative direction and an excellent design aesthetic. This position works closely with copywriting, photography, digital marketing and product development to deliver large volumes of diverse creative work. More information available here.
Product Specialist – The Product Specialist is the category expert for the surface category and is responsible for supporting product development, merchandising and other business functions with expert level product knowledge. The Product Specialist works with the product development and R&D managing testing process and procedure and must be able to handle dozens of concurrent testing projects.
This is a hands-on position that requires expert level knowledge of the RC Surface category. The ideal candidate will have a level of mechanical knowledge that is matched only by exceptional organizational skills and a keen attention to detail. More information available here.
Web Designer – If you have an eye for aesthetic designs and can bring them to life on the internet, we want what you have. Beyond AMainHobbies.com, we have a number of sites delivering news, photos, and videos to radio control enthusiasts. Our Web Designer will invent, mock-up, organize, design and code our front end landing pages with their knowledge of Adobe tools, CSS, HTML, Javascript. WordPress and PHP experience required, C# and ASP.NET MVC desired. Full-time employment and internships are available.
