Sorex Indoor Challenge 2013/14 final round – Report

The Norwegian Sorex Indoor Challenge 2013/14 was run at the mustitRaceway in Moss, some 30 minutes from Oslo, during this winter. 4 out of 5 meetings counted for the championship that was run in Touring Modified, Touring Stock and 1/12th scale. The Modified class had Georg Ellingsen taking the championship from up and coming talent Magnus Guttormsen and Hans B Revhaug.

In the Touring Car Stock class quite a few drivers battled for the top 3 spots but at the end it was Kenneth Åseth who took the series win in front of Espen Torkildsen and Jorn Kristian Borgevad. The most talented Junior in the Stock class this season was Kristoffer Spetalen.

In 1/12th scale class also had some nice last minute fights to offer and at the end of the day Lars Tommy “Lucky” Berntsen took the win in front of Team Associated’s Daniel Kobbevik and Alf Skaar. The best newcomer in 1/12th was Jorgen Marksten.
