Tuning Haus TC6.1/6.2 aluminium option parts

New from Tuning Haus comes a range of aluminium and carbon fibre option parts for the Team Associated TC6.1 and TC6.2. First up are front aluminium C-hubs as a direct replacement for the TC6.2 plastic parts. They offer increased durability and reliability over the plastic hubs and the lower hinge pin is anchored by a 2.5mm set screw to reduce unwanted play and improve handling, while caster is fixed at four degrees, eliminating the need for plastic inserts.

Also new are aluminium rear hubs that provide additional durability and suspension alignment. The lower hinge pin is secured by a 2.5mm set screw to reduce unwanted play and improve handling, while toe-in is fixed at zero degrees, again eliminating the need for plastic inserts. Included with both the C-hubs and rear hubs come 2.5mm grub screws and a 1.2mm wrench.

Made to reduce rotating mass and improve acceleration are the hard-anodised aluminium dogbones that weigh only 1.5g each compared to 3.8g for the stock part. Precision manufactured and coated, they are ready to install with no modification. The bones are sold as pairs.

Last but not least comes a carbon fibre bumper brace for the TC6.2. The part replaces the stock plastic brace with a durable yet lightweight offering. The USA-made 3mm carbon part keeps the body mounts and foam bumper properly aligned even in severe impacts. All parts, except for the bumper brace, are designed to fit both the TC6.1 and TC6.2.
