Gruber wins at German IC Track East division regionals

The second round of the German East division nitro on-road regionals was held in Leipzig. In 1/8th scale class 1 Serpent’s Toni Gruber took the win after coming from 4th on the grid. Toni soon was able to move his way up the field and eventually took over the lead after a mistake of the front runner. Mugen’s Torsten Müller came in 2nd while Rico Kröber (Capricorn) rounded out the podium of the fastest 1/8th class.

In 1/8th scale class 2 the Serpent duo of Lars Lauksch and Tim Gruber came in 1st and 2nd while in the 1/10th 200mm Touring class it was again Toni Gruber (Serpent) who grabbed the win, this time in front of Björn Hartlage (Shepherd) and Jakub Rozycki (Xray).
