Vuga & Osvald win at Alpe Adria Masters

The Aple Adria Masters was held at the Tolmin track in Slovenia. After last year’s rain this year the weather held up perfect, attracting many drivers to compete in several on-road classes. In the 1/8th Nitro On-road class Jernej Vuga won the final after starting from the 2 spot behind Nejc Mihelic. Jernej went the risky way of changing his car’s set-up for the final and the risk paid off as some laps into the race he passed Nejc and never looked to take the win. The pole sitter Nejc on the other hand had a crash during the final and had to retire while being in 2nd place.

In the 1/10th Touring class pole-sitter Alojzij Osvald led from start to finish with the runner-up spot being taken by Gabor Lazslo from Hungary. Italian driver Paolo Mariuzza rounded out the podium in 3rd.
