RCProf Challenge Rd1 – Report

The opening round of the Hungarian RCProf Challenge was held at the RC Arena track in Budapest. In the Touring Car 13.5T Stock class Janos Birinyi took the TQ but in the opening A-main Barnabas Toth stroke back with a win after Janos made a mistake. A2 then brought a clean win for Janos, so the decision for the day’s win would fall in the third A-main and it was again Janos who came out successful to take overall victory from Barnabas Toth and Peter Miko.

In the 1/10th Formula class Balint Rezes came out successful from Gyorgy Javorkai. Tibor Wolcz rounded out the top 3 result.

The World GT Pan Car class saw Gabor Forrai walking away with the win from runner-up Zsolt Kalnay while Gabor Lehner completed the podium result.

The Buggy 13.5T Stock category had Laszlo Vari ending the day on the top of the podium from Zsolt Bajusz Jr. in second. Young Eszter Toth rounded out the the top 3 result.

Finally in the Truck class Tamas Pongho took the day’s win from Marci Toth and Peter Kelletmann in second and third respectively.
