Active MF01 aluminium option parts

Active Hobby Products soon have a range of aluminium option parts for Tamiya’s MF01 off-road chassis available. First up is the aluminium motor mount and under guard set that includes a machined motor plate, motor guard and fan mount to improve motor cooling in high ambient temperatures and when using brushed motors. The parts also protect the lower part of the motor while allowing to attach a 30mm fan at the same time. The set is available in blue, black, red and silver anodising.

Also new is an aluminium motor mount plate whose design makes for a more secure and durable motor installation by sandwiching the gear cover between the motor plate and the dogbone-shaped motor mount plate. In addition the plate further improves heat dissipation from the motor. Last but not least comes a centre driveshaft, again made from aluminium. The shaft adds strength while being light of weight at the same time and it is available for 210mm and 225mm wheelbase chassis. Like the motor mount set the parts are available in blue, black, red and silver colour.
