Davide Ongaro sweeps FastRace Trophy

The recent FastRace Trophy was held at the beautiful Asti track with more than 100 entries from France, Switzerland, Germany and Italy. The 2-day event saw the controlled practice and the opening qualifiers run on Saturday with qualifying resuming on Sunday. At the end of the four rounds it was Davide Ongaro to take the TQ, and in the 45 minutes final the Mugen ace also took the win over Kyosho’s Riccardo Berton ending his domain on the Asti dirt. Marco Natale rounded up the podium, also running a Kyosho.

In the F2 class it was young Gianmarco Franzolini to take the win with a 4 second lead at the end of the 30 minutes final over Danilo Ambrosio, with Luca Mambriani taking the final step of the podium.
