Tessmann & Maifield win at Lonestar Challenge

The 3rd annual The Dirt Lonestar Challenge was held at Thornhill Racing Circuit in Hutto, Texas over the weekend. Host of the 2016 ROAR Offroad Fuel Nationals, the track recently received a cover to make it one of the, if not the largest off-road indoor facility and for the race The Dirt’s Joey Christensen also shaped a challenging new track layout. The Top Qualifier honours in the premier class of 1/8th Pro Buggy went to TLR’s Ryan Maifield but it was HB’s Ty Tessmann who came out fastest in the main final, leaving Ryan Mailfield and Ryan Lutz (Tekno) in second and third respectively.
