VBC introduce new pan car option parts

VBC Racing have introduced a range of new option parts for their 1/10th scale pan cars. First up is the brass lower arm support for the LightningFX and FXM. Machined from heavy brass material the part weighs in at 39.3g, making it 32.4g heavier than the standard composite mount. While offering a high rigidity the support also changes the car’s weight bias which can be beneficial in a range of track conditions.

Next up is the lightweight carbon fibre rear axle set for the LightningF, FX and FXM. The set includes the solid carbon fibre axle shaft, lightened aluminium diff hub and a threaded hub with the axle significantly lowering the rotational mass and overall weight of the rear assembly. Last but not least comes the all-new pivot brace cover for all Lightning series pan cars including the Formula, 1/10th scale and 1/12th scale kits. The cover is made from a special Polyetheretherketone PEEK material that is known to be highly temperature resistant while being self lubricating and low wearing. The machined part is of high precision, improving the rear pivot assembly’s function and durability.
