Ribeiro & Ramos win at Portuguese Cup

The 1/10th Electric Off-road Portuguese Cup was held at the Indoor RC Oeste track in Torres Vedras near Lisbon. With a refurbished track and a good turnout of drivers in both the 2WD and 4WD Buggy classes, the race was full of intense battles. In 2WD it was Nuno Casal Ribeiro (Team Associated) that took the TQ and overall win but not without being heavily chased by the youngest pilot, 10-years old Pedro Gomes (Team Durango), with the victory being decided on the last lap of the second final. The final step on the podium went third to Marco Timóteo (Xray).

The 4WD class was dominated by Fábio Ramos (Team C), who won all qualifiers and finals. The second place went to Nuno Casal Ribeiro (Team Associated), with the third place being obtained by Hugo Miguel (Team Durango) who returned to the off-road scene after an only-touring-car year.
