7075.it T4’17 brass weight range

Italian company 7075.it have introduced a range of optional brass weights for the Xray T4’17 touring car. First up is a battery holder weight that adds to the right hand side layshaft bulkhead. The part is being attached using two head screws and while adding 4.5g of weight it also acts as an inner battery stopper. Next up is the motor mount torsion plate that replaces the standard orange anodised aluminium part with a 6.5g brass piece. It is a direct replacement and allows to add weight in a very central position.

Moving forward, 7075.it also have a centre torsion plate available in a heavy brass variant. Replacing the carbon fibre brace between the servo and motor mounts, the brass part again sits in a very central position, allowing to add weight without affecting the overall weight bias. To further up the weight a 21g centre block is available that sits underneath the torsion bar and while the block can be attached using tape it also offers three mounting holes that allow to adjust the torsional stiffness of the chassis. The last centre line weight 7075.it has to offer is the servo mount insert. Mounted using a single head screw the 8.5g weight acts as an inner battery stopper while shifting the weight bias further forward, which can help in several track conditions. Last but not least comes the under battery plate that fits in the right hand motor cut out underneath the LiPo battery pack. With the current LCG batteries and especially the growing range of LiHV packs becoming lighter again, it can be necessary to add weight to the right hand side of the chassis. The weight was designed to be mounted using thin double sided tape.
