Manten & Berkhout win at Dutch 1/8th On-road opener

The opening round of the Dutch 1/8th On-road National Championship was held at the AMC Apeldoorn track last weekend. In the premier NK class it was Arie Manten who took the win in the 30 minute main after getting past Joey Sorber on the last lap thanks to being on a different tyre and fuel strategy. Joey Sorber had to settle for second, 1.2s down on Arie while Jeffrey Rietveld completed the top 3 result one lap down.

The slightly slower Nomac class saw Peter Berkhout coming out on top in the 30 minute main, some four laps in front of Tjibbe Keller and Wouter Satijn in second and third respectively.
